Guest Access:
Coming from Avenida Jose Lopez Portillo, turn towards Carabanchel, then turn left and take Avenida Arco Nte. The Rincon del Prado subdivision is located between Av. Arco Nte. and Av Centenario.
For security reasons, upon arriving at the Rincon del Prado subdivision you must show identification and indicate at the booth the address you are going to.

The property is located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay, the nearest beach is approximately 35 minutes away, near the property you can find:

-Soriana Mercado Prado Norte: 5 minutes by car
-Parque Urbano Kabah: 27 minutes by car
-Mercado 28: 30 minutes by car
-Playa del Niño: 35 minutes by car

Getting Around:
The drive from Cancun International Airport to the property is approximately 40 minutes.

We recommend you arrive at the property by car. We suggest:
-Take a cab at the airport
-Use mobility apps
-Rent a car at one of the agencies upon landing.

Other Things to Note:
Para el uso de la alberca, los niños deberán estar siempre acompañados de un adulto, no se permiten balones ni juguetes en el área de alberca, los camastros no podrán meterse a la alberca, menores de 3 años deberán nadar utilizando pañales especiales de alberca.

Reglas adicionales:
Mientras los aires estén encendidos dejar puertas y ventanas cerradas. Si no están dentro de la propiedad se tendrán que apagar todos los aires acondicionados. En caso de tener un uso excesivo de energía eléctrica se cobrará un cargo adicional por este motivo.
