Step inside 3 Little Birds, a spacious Orange Beach vacation home located in the idyllic Parks Edge community. Adjacent to the Gulf State Park and steps away from the beach, 3 Little Birds is in the perfect location to enjoy all the natural resources the Alabama Gulf Coast offers. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, 3 Little Birds welcomes you with immaculately designed coastal interiors and an enchanting community that feels removed from the hustle and bustle of urban life.

Offering 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this Orange Beach vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. 3 Little Birds’ features include a fully stocked chef’s kitchen and expansive living room seating to accommodate the whole family. Plus, family time is top of mind with an oversized front deck and a ground-level patio complete with a BBQ pit and ample outdoor seating.

What’s more, The Parks Edge community offers numerous family-friendly amenities, including an outdoor pool, deeded beach access nearby, and exclusive access to the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail through Rosemary Dunes. Nature enthusiasts enjoy trail runs, bike rentals, golf cart rides, and much more!

Upon entry to the main floor of 3 Little Birds, guests are greeted by an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with access to both the outdoor patio and front porch. The main floor also offers a spacious bedroom outfitted with a king bed and en suite bath, a powder room just off the hallway, and a full-size laundry room with an extra refrigerator and ice maker. Upstairs includes 4 more bedrooms; a master suite with en suite bath, another king bedroom, 1 guest room with a queen bed, and 1 guest room with a queen bed plus bunks. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Orange Beach vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the living areas and every bedroom.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. We unfortunately cannot accommodate pets. Smoking is not permitted. Winter monthly guests are welcome. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning Protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. The private parking and driveway accommodate 4 vehicles.

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for us. We had 5 couples total and one teen, it was great because all of us had our own room and there were plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. Perfect number of bedrooms for 7 adults and 3 little ones. Very clean and nice house. House is a little walk from the beach but not bad at all. Very quiet neighborhood backed up to the state park. Nice place

Our kids loved this place. It is perfect for Families. The only draw back is the lack of a view or walkable beach access. There is a path to the beach but 500 yards is not easy with littles. We ended up driving every day which was quick and easy. Parking at the beach is free for military families so it worked out great.

Beautiful home

This house is beautiful, comfortable, and big enough for a larger family. The bicycle trails through the wilderness are paved and have numerous wooden bridges. There is plenty to see if you like to cycle and the trails are less than a minute from the house. The beach is walking distance from the house, as well as several good restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation experience.

Our Much Needed Vacation

The property was amazing. The home is even more beautiful in person and the property management is amazing. We completely enjoyed our time here and it was such an easy and short walk to the gulf at beautiful Orange Beach. Great location for shopping, groceries, restaurants, OWA Amusement Park, The Wharf, the waterpark, the Track...you name it. A BEAUTIFUL FUN FILLED WEEKEND

The house is beautiful. It was easy to find, and a quiet area. Everything we needed was in the house and working. This house included a kid friendly bedroom with games and a video game. The games definitely came in handy due to the rain. Everything about the house and our stay was amazing. Even though it rained a lot and made us cancel some of our plans, we still HAD A BLAST. I’d love to return to this home.
