Also a great winter escape with ice fishing, cross-country skiing, & snowmobiling!
The space
BOATERS: The paved driveway leads all the way to the lake, however it is not designed to be able to launch a boat from the driveway. There are several public boat launches nearby. Feel free to reach out to the host regarding nearby boat launches. You may launch your boat at the nearby boat launch and keep your boat docked at the home. Additionally, there are two kayaks provided.

SWIMMERS: This property is located in a bay with lake levels around 4-6' in depth. During the summer months, vegetation will be present at the shore and around the dock. The extended dock surface allows for swimming at the end of the dock easier than near the shoreline. There is a clean sandy beach at Breezy Point Resort 0.7 miles from the property and is great for swimming, suntanning, volleyball and more!
FISHERS: Pelican Lake is one of Minnesota's premier fishing lakes with 54 islands and just under 12,000 acres of navigable water, Pelican Lake is large enough to always find new spots, but small enough to feel safe and not lost or overwhelmed. Sand, gravel, rock reefs, and many weed beds are home to northern pike, walleye, crappie, bluegill, largemouth and smallmouth bass.
This home is perfectly situated in the Brainerd Lakes area between Crosslake(7 miles), Nisswa (8 miles), and Pequot Lakes (4 miles). This spacious property offers spectacular lakefront views of Pelican Lake. Breezy Point Resort, amazing beaches, and a wonderful children's park are all easily within walking distance. Deacon's Lodge, Dockside and other fantastic restaurants are all within a mile. This location cannot be beat!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, yard and dock. There is a locked owners closet on the lower level in which guests are unable to access.

Depending on the days of the week you are staying at Pelican Lake Paradise, you may experience, general maintenance workers around the exterior of the property that may include lawn or utility service workers.
Additionally, the Property Manager will provide you with instruction for ensuring the waste and recycle containers are taken to the roadside on their assigned pick-up days.
Anytime there is an issue that a repair professional needs to enter the property during your stay, the property manager will provide you with details. This type of situation is rare.
There are 3 security cameras located on the front of the garage, the front of the home by entrance and the back of the home facing the lake. This is for your safety and security.
Loud music or loud/disruptive guests are now allowed. Noise complaints from the neighbors may be grounds for your reservation to be canceled. Refunds paid based on the cancellation policy.
