If you park in the front of the property please be aware that allow parking is allowed, that is an active street. Please be aware of your surroundings, and keep an eye out for cars as you exit and enter you vehicles.

Our home is located in Meridian Highland. The boundaries of the Meridian-Highland Neighborhood are West 16th Street on the south, North Meridian Street on the east, West Fall Creek Parkway South Drive on the north, and Interstate-65 on the west. Meridian Highland has been a vibrant neighborhood starting from early 20th century and till today, it continues to be a welcoming neighborhood with a diverse range of business and residential property.
The neighborhood offers an abundant choices of dining options and different cuisines. everyone visiting could have a chill stay! If you are a sports fan, you could find the neighborhood close to parks and nature and not far from golf course and boulder. If you are passionate about art, you can easily reach to many fine art galleries here within 10 minute’s drive, including Gallery Forty-two, Meridian Street Gallery, Long-sharp Gallery, Gallery 924 and the Alkis Keramidas Museum of Art.

This property experiences all 4 seasons. With each season comes its deal of pests. Insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. The host will use best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay.
Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Any issues with the Unit shall be immediately reported to the host or co-hosts via Airbnb inbox.
Guest understands that the host and co-hosts shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions and that any issues presented to the host or co-hosts by guest(s) not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the guest(s) any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
★ Any violations of the house rules below will result in a $500 fine.

→ No smoking allowed anywhere on the property premises.
→ No unregistered guests are allowed between 11 pm and 5 am.
→ No illegal substances allowed on the premises at any time.
→ Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
→ Please do not flush wipes/tampons down the toilet.
