Right in the heart of Canyons Village and on the pay to play the Canyons golf course, Blackstone Condo K offers immediate access to skiing, golfing, hiking and biking trails as well as shuttle access to Park City's Historic Main Street corridor. The Canyons Village regional shuttle app is also helpful to take you to Village restaurants and shopping for convenience, but is walking distance just the same.

The condo offers lodging for 5 discerning travelers. A King master suite with fireplace and ensuite bath, provide plenty of room to relax and unwind. The second King suite with ensuite bath makes for a perfect couples get away or family comfort. A powder room is also offered in the kitchen area and there is a Twin pullout sleep sofa in the main family room.

Perfect for ski trip
Nice location, great unit with plenty of space. Comfortable beds, luxury kitchen. Very short (5 minute) walk to lift which gets you into ski area. Stayed 4 nights with my college age son and really enjoyed.

Great location and wonderful property
We had a great time visiting Park City in this condo. The checkin process was very smooth and easy. There were a couple of issues that we faced with the listing description but these were resolved quickly by the property manager on the second day of our visit. Overall, this is a property that we would stay in again.

Great cozy mountain stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was easy and the directions were very user-friendly. Our only gripe was the cleanliness of the shower. There was hair in the drain when we arrived, and the drain in the bathtub in the other room, was broken. Overall, the unit was beautiful. It was very quiet and not far walk at all to the lift. I would stay here again.

Better than the description!
Stunning unit, spacious and tastefully decorated. Great location for access to Canyons Skiing, short drive to everything Park City has to offer. The pool and hot tub are located directly accross from the unit, very nice amenities building. Overall this was great value and a property that we hope to return to when we are here visiting.

Clean, restful, relaxing.
Home is clean, and plenty of spots around the home to get comfy by the fire. Perfectly situated between Park City main street restaurants and the stores and restaurants at Kimball Junction and Outlet Stores.

Stinky sink
The kitchen sink puts off a foul odor. Had to cover the drain and wasn’t able to use the sink. The fire alarm beeped every five minutes the whole time I was there.

Getting away from the heat
Three friends and I decided to skip the Texas heat for a few days. We were pleasantly surprised with the condo. The location was good, it was very clean, modern and updated.

Can’t rely on Vacasa Property Mgmt
Unit was nice but unfortunately Vacasa Mgmt didn’t seem to care about quality or safety. Upon check in the gas oven door was sitting on the counter top — we thought a hazardous situation. Numerous calls resulted in them just saying, ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. After two days on the phone finally escalated to management and eventually repaired. Renters shouldn’t have to waste their vacation time like this. It appears that once Vacasa gets your money, they don’t care even if there’s a safety issue.

Oven didn’t work, no action by property management
Overall the unit is nice. It’s a barebones ski condo near the mountain. It’s nice having multiple bathrooms. However the oven was broken when we arrived, the door did not shut. It was quite obvious immediately uppon arrival. Communication from the rental company seemed quick, however after 3 days of them saying they were “waiting for a response from local staff” I got frustrated. Then I got in contact with local staff and they said someone would come look the next day, we’ll that didn’t happen. If they had of sent someone out quickly and said they can’t fix it in time I’d be happy, but they didn’t come look at all I think this was a known problem before we checked in.

Lovely stay in the Canyons.m
The unit was beautiful, comfortable and convenient. The location was perfect for walks and hikes. The living room was comfortable and made use of the fireplace on a cold and rainy August day. The bed was very comfortable, just like being at home. Overall, it was wonderful and hope to return.

Top of the line property, with low cleaning standards
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and condo itself was beautiful - high ceilings, spacious rooms and bathrooms, top of the line appliances, heated garage, etc. However, upon arriving we could tell immediately this place had not been kept sparkling clean and needed a refresh - which we would expect given it's a high end condo and the COVID pandemic that exists. For example, there were stains on all the towels (marks from what I presume were from unmentionable places), stains on the duvet bedding and sheets, literally marked foot prints on a kitchen mat, hair on the bath mat, hair in the shower drain, etc. And that's all we could see... I don't even want to imagine what the non-white furnishings had on them. I will give it to TurkKey who TRIED to rectify the situation but not to the best of standards.The location of the property was excellent - right by the Cabriolet Lift to get you to the Canyons base.I'm not sure if the cleanliness standards were a result of TurnKey or the owners themselves but the property definitely could have been cleaned better and used a major refresh on simple things such as linens and towels.

Great place to stay, very clean and spacious
This condo was very clean and roomy. Huge bathrooms. Only problem we had was with the TV. Couldn't get even a local channel but the TV may be too sophisticated for us. Management couldn't help us but we enjoyed our stay. Sad that COVID 19 had everything closed but we still had a nice relaxing time.
