Another Great Stay

Very clean and well maintained property. Location puts you just far enough away to relax but remain close to the action. This was our second time in this villa but casa linda doesn't disappoint. We've stayed in many other villas but we've found our favorite. If you're looking for security, comfort, location and service..... this is the spot for you.

Great Modern Place

This property is great with all modern state of the art amenities. The outside of the property is nothing less than spectacular. ChoCho is also a great asset to the villa. He is friendly, helpful and also made everyone in my group feel at home. Our overall stay was great!

Simply amazing

I have stayed in many villas in casa Linda and this one is by far the absolute best. We where in town to hang out and watch the Super Bowl and that 65in tv was perfect for the big game. This is the first one I stayed in that had excellent water pressure and the water was pipping hot. You'd be surprised at how many villas I've stayed in where the water was a issue. Also the staff was great, very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and whenever I'm back in town it will be my first choice if available.

Best Villa Linda 776

Thank you so much Titus, your home was marvelous, we loved everything about your villa: big pool, large kitchen area, great outdoor space, pool table, outdoor projection TV and especially the Jacuzzi. We are definitely returning to villa 776 in the future especially when the waterpark is completed. A special warm thank you to Cho Cho (the house assistant )for all his help and taking care of all our needs, between the housekeeping, advise on local eating areas, especially Bailey restaurant, to getting us a driver. Very beautiful property

Titus I have been traveling in and around the Dominican for 13 yrs. and by far hands down this is the best up to date property I have stayed in. I can say, Unequivocally from this point forward anytime I’m visiting the Sosua area, I’ll be staying at your property. I would be absolutely remiss if I didn’t thank your staff. ( Moraina, Cho-Cho & Miquel ) First and foremost all whom are just wonderful people, who went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Safe , secure,beautiful villa

The villa was amazing. Exactly as advertised. Very well kept Chocho was very helpful with anything you should need, groceries, chef, masseuse etc... AC worked great in all rooms especially the 2 in the kitchen and living room areas. Most modern style villa we’ve stayed in so far in DR. Pool table ,awesome sound system outside , 70 inch worked great , all football games in hd. Was a necessity for my group. Thanks again to chocho for taking care of us and to the owner Titus for opening your home to us we will definitely be back again . Hopefully sooner than later .

AWESOME VILLA & MANAGEMENT TEAM!!

My friends and I rented this Villa (#776) for 6 nights... an AWESOME VILLA! I have previously rented other Casa Linda Villas, but this Villa “IS THE PLACE TO BE!” The owner has / is preparing possibly the best Villa at Casa Linda. There are too many amenities to list here, but the “Outdoor Theater”, the outdoor stereo system, the swimming pool bar top w/in water seating, the hot tub, the massage room (therapist available), the workout area w/equipment, and the extended Wi-fi reception in each bedroom show the “above and beyond” commitment this owner has made to provide the guests an amazing vacation (possible Billiards Area being constructed & coming soon??)!! The Villa’s onsight Managament Team (Moraine, Cho-Cho, & Miguel) were very receptive and insured my group this awesome stay... Thanks so much!! If you are looking for a awesome Villa for your group, #776 is “The Place to Be!” (My group and I are already planning our next vacation & rental of this Villa). Villa 776 is the best villa period. No exceptions. Often imitated and never duplicated.

I have been visiting Sosua for over 10 years and have never been in such an amazing Villa. The other villas are cookie cutters and all the same. As soon as you step in this palace you can instantly see the attention to detail and custom craft of the facility. The linen, towels, soap, pool, jacuzzi, floors were cleaned everyday by the staff. DO NOT BE FOOLED THIS IS THE SPOT TO STAY IF YOU ARE IN SOSUA. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!!!!

Beautiful landscaping with daily maintenance. Concierge type service with onsite laundry and washer and dryer in the villa. Watch movies on the largest flat screen tv, with Bose sound system to give you that cinema feeling.
