Das 1000 sq ft 2B 2BA Wohnung in einem wunderschönen 1929 Landmark Hotel befindet sich dieses geräumige und sonnige 2BD Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Mitte des OKC aufregendstem Nachbarschaft, Midtown, nur wenige Schritte von der angesagten Bars, Restaurants und Cafés.

In unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Museen, trendigen Restaurants, Pubs, Sport und Unterhaltung.

Es gibt keine vergleichbare Innenstadt Wohnhaus mit einer solchen Eleganz und Qualität.

Gebäudeausstattung gehören sicheren Zugang, Lift, bewachte und überdachte Parkplätze. Es ist ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt. Zusätzliche Parkplätze auf der Straße.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über große Fenster und viele von ihnen, wunderschöne Holzböden, Granit, neuen Armaturen, Geräte und ein klassisches Innenstadt Gefühl von Luxus! Geräumig mit einem kuratierten moderne Mischung von Möbeln in einem Vintage-Hintergrund.

Bequem Platz für vier Personen mit zwei Schlafzimmern (ein König und 1 Queen), zwei Vintage-inspirierte Badezimmer mit viel Stauraum.

Wohnung Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein eigenes Waschmaschine / Trockner, extra Schrank und Stauraum, alle Rechnungen bezahlt, inkl. Kabel und WiFi

Die Gäste haben Zugang zu gesamte Wohnung und Annehmlichkeiten. Auch die kleinen Fitnessraum neben der Lobby. Es gibt einen Innenhof zwischen den Gebäuden, die einen Gasgrill hat und auch für die Nutzung zur Verfügung steht.

Wir sind vor Ort während Ihres Aufenthalts. Einfach anrufen oder Text bei allen Anforderungen, die entstehen! Wir werden eine Hardcopy Führer mit einer detaillierten Liste aller tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, die meisten zu Fuß oder eine kurze Uber Fahrt vom Hotel verlassen!

Uber Fahrpreise sind in der Regel sehr schnell zu reagieren und im Allgemeinen durchschnittlich $ 6 eine Fahrt. Spokies Fahrräder können gemietet werden, und die OKC Bushaltestelle ist etwa sechs Blocks entfernt. Locker-flockiges immer in der Stadt.

Beautiful, exactly as described

This property is comfortable, clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is great, several eateries within a few steps. We had a great stay, really enjoyed the condo. The bed was very comfortable, bedding and bath linens were very nice. We would recommend this property highly!

Great stay at the Sieber!

We visited OKC for two nights and enjoyed the walkability of a few restaurants and a coffee shop (Not Your Average Joe) and Halls Pizza. It felt safe and quiet at the location, and we loved the coziness is the property. We were on the go for most of the day, but were able to relax and unwind in the evenings. Loved the history of the property as well.

Couldn't Ask For More!

Property is centrally located to downtown, & has immediate access to interstate highways. Comfort for guests is evident in the choice of furniture & beds. Most comfortable VRBO we've stayed in! Host also supplied snacks & water which was a very welcoming touch. A 5 star property for anyone traveling to the OKC area!!

What a beautifule gem of a condo!

We came with friends to see the Flaming Lips 40th Anniversary show in OKC. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We could not have been happier. The parking and access is somewhat complicated but it all worked. We will definitely stay again!

When i first got there, the gate to enter was broken but they had it fixed by the next morning, so that was greatly appreciated. It is a very nice area, the street is a little narrow but luckily people are very aware and cautious.

Downtown Oklahoma City Culture

The Sieber is a really cool building, clean, updated, and beautifully appointed, but with retaining much of its 1920s charm. The location felt safe, with lots of convenient, walkable attractions, and many more a short driving distance. Michale is awesome to work with! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful apartment in great location!

Great value and just the right amount of space

I picked this place because my mom likes old buildings. This is a nice, quiet location (except the wind was strong when we were there and you can definitely hear it through the windows but not the fault of anyone!). Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication regarding our check in but thankfully it was a nice day and the issue was resolved before dark. We went on an adventure to give time for the apartment to be cleaned. The instructions for getting the keys is interesting but I promise once you are there, it makes sense and it is easy to get in and out of the building after you see everything. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. It's also easy to walk to a lot of different things from here. I would recommend verifying your check in date with the host. Other than that, I would stay here again as it was a great value for our needs and the best part was having 2 full bathrooms.

Awesome Location!

We were in town for an event at Paycom Center. We loved the walking location to Midtown hot spots and also how easy it was to grab the light rail to Paycom. Very comfortable accommodations - the four of us enjoyed our trip very much!

Nice trip to OKC

Found this apartment while searching for a place to stay that was close to an event we were going to attend in the area. This apartment was great for what we needed. Check in was easy, as well as check out. Quiet building inside. The only slight draw back we experienced would be sirens multiple times each of the two nights of our stay. I don’t know if there might be a fire station nearby? First night sirens went off at least three times and twice the second night. This would not be a deal breaker for me staying here again because everything else was great. Just know if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. However, that also seems to be fairly normal when staying in a downtown area.

Perfect spot in Midtown!

We were a little nervous about the check-in process but it was a breeze! The unit is absolutely perfect, beautiful decor, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were super comfy and bedding was perfect! The location was excellent, very quiet with great restaurants within walking distance; additional parking on the street was a big help since we had 2 cars. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

We have contributed to rebuilding the inner core of Oklahoma City and it is emerging as a thriving and energetic environment.

We are open & friendly people, who in turn expect to host friendly and honest people. We love our rescue cats and dogs like the family they are to us. We consider ourselves good company, good humor, open-minded, collaborative and hopefully useful when giving directions to the city so that you feel comfortable and safe in Oklahoma City.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We bought this building at a sheriff's auction in 1997. It had been vacant and abandoned for over 25 years. the homeless , cats and raccoons had set up residence.
The whole district around has been blighted and without any care or investment. It took 11 years to find a willing entity to finance the renovation. But it happened and it helped kick start everything around it that makes you want to be here.

Very central to everything in Downtown and very close to all the traffic corridors in around OKC. It is a gorgeous building with wonderful finishes you can't afford to put in new construction today. The italian mosaic floor is an original feature from 1929.
