Welcome to Mariner Lakes, a gated community in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. This prime location offers easy access to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, Gulf State Park, and the pristine white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for a family getaway, our spacious 3-bedroom townhouse is equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay on the Gulf Coast. The condo comfortably accommodates two families and is ideal for guests aged 25 and older, per HOA requirements. This is a non-smoking unit..
Guest Access
The house has a digital keypad which will provide you access to the home. The code will be provided upon check in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Space
Our condo has been recently updated with fresh paint, new floors, and modern appliances. The main floor features:
- A fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs.
- A dining area perfect for family meals.
- A large den with a flat-screen television for relaxing evenings.
- The master bedroom with ample closet space.
- A full bathroom.
- A washer and dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs, you'll find:
- Two bedrooms, main bedroom offer king size bed and second room offers full bunk and twin top, twin sleeper chair and flat-screen television.
- Additional sleeping space with full size bed
- An additional full bathroom.
High-speed internet is available throughout the condo to keep you connected.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to our garage, which is perfect for storing bicycles or beach supplies.
Other Things to Note
- Each unit is limited to two parking spaces. One parking pass is included in the cleaning fee, and a second pass can be purchased for $25.
- Checkout time is 10 AM sharp to allow our cleaning crew adequate time to prepare the condo for the next guests.
- Please ensure the condo is relatively clean before departure. This includes taking out the trash, removing sheets from the beds, and placing used towels in the downstairs half bath.
- Return any moved furniture to its original location.
- Adhere to all HOA rules and guidelines, which are posted on the refrigerator.
Credit Card Hold for Deposit:
Please be advised that a $300 preauthorization hold will be placed on your credit card within 48 hours of checkout to inspect the property for any damages.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before the free cancellation period ends, 97% of your payment will be refunded. The remaining 3% is non-refundable as it covers the credit card processing fee, which we cannot reclaim.
Pet Policy:
Pet must be preapproved prior to booking
Pets must be crated when left unattended.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pets.
If pet hair is found on furniture, excessive hair in the home, stains, or waste in the yard or home, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning.
If a security deposit is collected, $200 per pet. Any additional cleaning costs due to pets may be deducted from this deposit.
We kindly ask that you respect and treat our condo with care to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Enjoy your time at Mariner Lakes and make the most of your Orange Beach vacation!

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Smoking:
No smoking inside the house.
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
If approved, a pet fee applies, and pets must be supervised at all times.
Parties/Events:
No parties or events allowed.
Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and possible fines.
Parking:
One designated parking spot is provided. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do not block driveways or other vehicles.
Cleanliness:
Please keep the property clean and tidy.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Wash dishes and clean up spills immediately.
Damage:
Report any damage or issues immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.
Safety:
Ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers.
Appliances:
Use appliances responsibly.
Do not leave the stove, oven, or other appliances unattended while in use.
Internet:
Wi-Fi is provided for guest use.
Do not engage in illegal activities or download copyrighted material.
Beach/Pool:
Follow all posted rules for beach and pool use.
Rinse off sand before entering the property.
No glass containers in the pool area.
