Welcome to the Loft of the Davidson Manor, a historic residence from 1912. Newly renovated, this cozy home is one of the first to be built in the Highlands area. Located on Ada Blvd you are steps away from dog parks, paths for hikers and cyclists as well as local restaurants and businesses. Situated just 3min from Concordia/Northlands (Expo Center), 6min from the Stadium, 11min to DT/Roger's Place and a quick 15min drive to the university. Welcome basket included in 1+ week stays! Lace up your shoes, there are a lot of steps to get into the suite but the journey is totally worth it! The unit is great, with about 1,400 sqft of living space you will not be disappointed. When entering the unit you are greeted with an inviting living space with a fireplace and local art on the walls. Off of the living room a separate fully equipped kitchen with an eating area. 2 spacious bedrooms, one facing south overlooking the river valley with a walking closet. 2nd bedroom comes with dresser and closet. Both bedrooms have Queen size beds and bed side lighting. Come soak in our clawfoot tub, or take a quick shower in the full size shower. Enjoy relaxing on your private bistro patio with river views. With an older home, comes squeaky floors and doors. Soundproofing wasn't there before but it is something that has been continuously worked on to improve. Even with this home being over 100 years old, the bathroom is huge! Just down the street is a great restaurant Bodega and in the opposite direction sits Mandolin Books & Coffee Company. This is truly one of Edmonton's special local areas! You're going to love it here! Whether you are renting a car during your stay (we recommend Turo), need to access public transit, or want to call an Uber, Edmonton has it all and you will have access to anything you need to get you to where you need to go.
