Stay at the perfect vacation retreat for families & friends in the heart of Walla Walla wine country, just 15 minutes away from Downtown Walla Walla. Cottonwood Canyon Farm features 2 fully remodeled luxurious & comfortable homes on a lusciously landscaped Farm Estate with a heated seasonal swimming pool (*Pool is open until October 15th), fire pit, & outdoor dining (both homes rented together). Plenty of room for up to 16 guests to enjoy a harmonious blend of outdoor & indoor living. This is a treasured family property meant to be enjoyed responsibly by respectable guests.

The property is located in a beautiful rural, country setting and part of a 250 acre active farm. Guests can enjoy frequent wildlife sightings including: Deer, wild turkeys, birds and owls!

Enjoy picturesque views of The Blue Mountains & farmland surrounding the property, all the while being 5-10 minutes away from Southside wineries.

• Two spacious, fully remodeled historic homes (The Farmhouse and Cookhouse), always rented together for ultimate guest privacy.
• Accommodations for up to 16 maximum guests: Guest total includes adults, children and infants.
• The Farmhouse includes: 5 bedrooms (4 Kings, 1 Queen) along with 4 1/2 bathrooms (3 bathrooms are Ensuite)

• Both homes include fully stocked kitchens.
• Both homes have plenty of room for lounging, watching TV.

Cottonwood Canyon Farm has been a popular VRBO home for the past 5 years, and has recently changed property management. This listing is the new listing, accepting reservations from October 1, 2024, into the future.

Guests provided with electronic key code the day of check-in to enter each home upon arrival.

Maximum guest capacity is 16.

No pets allowed on the property.

No parties or events allowed on the property, including weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties.

Outstanding venue
We used Cotton Wood Canyon Farm as our base for our wedding at a local winery. Perfect for our family. House is special. Cookhouse was perfect for the kid crew. HOT weekend and the pool received appropriate use. Will book again!

Everything we hoped for!
First, Terri was super responsive and easy to work with! The home itself is an absolutely beautiful farm house! This was a wine tasting trip for our adult kids (along with one 6 month old) that we gifted them with at Christmas. We always have a hard time finding a place large enough to accommodate our blended family, but between the main house (5 large bedrooms with most having their own bathroom) and the cookhouse (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), we were able to spread out and be plenty comfortable! Though it is a bit remote, it is just a 10-15 min drive to downtown Walla Walla. We actually loved the location plus the privacy of the property. We spent all our evenings sitting out at the large outdoor table and around the fire pit. Besides the abundance of deer, a few members of our group actually spotted a black bear. Also, the kitchen is fully stocked and we are a family of cooks! We are definitely planning on coming back and enjoying this beautiful home, and lovely Walla Wall! Thank you!!

Great place and would come back again. There were 16 of us and we ate every meal outside under the awning. Very nice grounds with lots of privacy for lawn games. In the heat the pool was a huge plus. Exceeded all of our expectations.

Perfect getaway!
We are a large group of friends who gather annually in June for golf and selected this home as each couple wants their own bathroom and this was the largest home that could accommodate the most couples in the Walla Walla area. On our last night, we all agreed, this was the best house yet and we hope to return in 2024!

Perfection
We were a group of four families and a bunch of kids ranging from 10 months to 10 years old. The grounds are stunning, and there was so much to do for the kids - playing games on the lawn, enjoying the pool, exploring the creek. Adults enjoyed themselves too around the fire pit after the kids were asleep. Would 100% stay here again!

Great Spring Release weekend
We had a wonderful time on the farm. This was our largest group yet (12 people) and everyone enjoyed themselves. We finally got some nice weather this year, so we were able to spend time on the back patio and sitting around the pool. Hope to be back next year!

Cottonwood Canyon Farm - AMAZING!
Our stay at the Cottonwood Canyon Farm was booked to celebrate a 40th birthday with close friends. Our stay and the property was absolutely amazing in every way. Property is beautiful and the house was very clean will all amenities needed to accommodate our stay. We utilized the pool which was a perfect addition to the weekend as well as the fire pit. Property manager Terri was extremely helpful, very courteous and a joy to work with from the booking to the end of our trip. Terri had great recommendations to local wineries and the great town of Walla Walla. This will be a repeat stay and we very much look forward to our next booking at Cottonwood Canyon Farm. Thank you!

This place is amazing! We had 14 adults and 3 infants and it handled our group perfectly! Absolutely beautiful property, the house was pristine, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, fire pit hosted great family conversations, and it was close to all the wineries we wanted to visit with downtown just a few miles away. Stunning Property!
We went on a girls trip to Walla Walla. The booking and communication with Terri and Rita was so easy. We were amazed by the property when we arrived. The property was well-supplied for a large group. So many bathrooms, a pool and stunning grounds. The location was close to town but far enough away to be secluded. Best Rental Ever!
Everything about this property was just perfect. We were a group of 12. 6 couples ranging from mid 40s to early 50s. We've all rented houses ranging from beachfront condos to giant lodges in Sunriver. A couple of the folks even own several rentals themselves. First thing to mention is the quality of everything on the property. We all commented on how nice the patio furniture was and how well appointed the houses were. One of the folks who own rentals thought that perhaps the owners spent a lot of time there because as he put it, nothing about this place was 'rental quality'. The fire pit was great and used every night we were there. The only comment I'd make that's at all negative is that the adirondack chairs were not popular. Very good quality but not the best for sitting around chatting with people. And for us oldish folks, a pain to get out of. The pool was good sized and clean. Very comfortable and easy to stay in for long periods of time. We all wish there was a diving board but understand why there wasn't. One comment I'd make here would be to have more plastic cups. Maybe some wine glasses and cocktail glasses. We were very diligent about no glass around the pool for obvious reasons but it would have been nice to not be drinking wine, scotch or bourbon out of plastic water cups. Air conditioning in both houses worked well and seemed to have no problem keeping up with the weather. Outdoor seating area was great with plenty of room. The BBQ area was a great set up and we had everything we needed to use it. All in all, a great property that's well managed. Every single one of us wants to reserve this place for next year. Can't wait to return!

Amazing house!
The farm was AMAZING! We had a full house with a couple infants for my husband’s birthday. The house was amazing, spacious, clean, and well laid out. I am already planning other reasons to return to this spot. We were there during 110° heat and were able to escape the heat in the pool, AC, or in the shade in the great outdoor area.
