To the right is a bedroom office with a murphy bed and computer setup. The dining area leads to a hallway with a main floor bathroom and a second bedroom with queen and twin beds, plus an attached playroom.

The open kitchen boasts new appliances, a commercial stove, and a breakfast bar. The back area includes a pantry, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and an antique utility sink.

Upstairs, a beautifully restored wood staircase leads to a half bath and an open family room with a queen/twin trundle, comfy couch, and big screen smart TV.
