This is our home away from home. Newly renovated 3 bed 3 bath penthouse condo that comfortably accommodates 6. The property has an amazing pool with a swim up bar overlooking the ocean. Newly renovated penthouse condo on the top floor has a large master suite with king bed, large master bathroom with shower, large second master suite with king bed, bathroom and shower with private balcony that offers amazing sunset views, third bedroom with two double beds and a large guest bathroom. The condo is stocked with everything you need: spices for cooking, Keurig coffee maker, floats, beach towels, cable TV, washer and dryer, etc. We have fast WIFI if you need to keep in touch with work or family. The covered main balcony is a great space to relax and enjoy amazing views of the resort, pool and reef. Open concept living incorporates unique high ceilings, a large kitchen space that opens to the living room and a dining table that seats 6. We invite you to enjoy every aspect of our beautiful condo as much as we do!

You will have access to our entire luxury condo! We also provide you with a personal concierge who can help you plan your days and has access to some of our property we store on site. Larger coolers, fishing equipment, extra floats, etc.

Perfect Location! Right on the Ocean. You can watch the sunrise from the condo or the spacious balcony. Very peaceful and romantic. We are on the northern side of Captain Morgan's and close to many of the popular restaurants and bars. Town is 10 minutes away by golf cart with many great food and drink stops along the way. Getting there is part of the fun!

The common form of transportation on the Island is by golf cart. You can rent a golf cart for around $225/week. Only one road goes north, and one road goes south, and the center of town has 3 roads. So, you can figure out where things are pretty quickly. There is plenty of parking at Oceans23 as well as in town, specifically for golf carts.

This is our home away from home. Our condo is not set up like a rental. We have new furniture and lots of local art. This is the newest building at Oceans 23 (formerly the private residences at Captain Morgans). The property has an amazing pool with a swim up bar overlooking the ocean. Come stay at our private luxury condo and we can provide recommendations for the best places and people to make you feel like a local. The condo is stocked with everything you need: dishes, cookware, spices, beach towels and much more to make your vacation enjoyable. Ambergris Caye is an amazing Island with wonderful people. The locals speak English and you can use the US dollar. We have cable TV and fast WIFI if you need to keep in touch with work or family. We offer all of our guest's a private concierge service starting at the Belize City Airport, all the way to our condo. It's our VIP service. Our concierge can help you arrange local pricing for your golf cart. The A/C is turned on with water and ice waiting when you arrive. Please let us know if there is a special occasion you are celebrating. The concierge will help you arrange anything you need before you arrive. No extra charge for this service but tipping is always appreciated.
We want our guests to have fun! Enjoy their friends and family that are traveling with them. We also ask that you are courteous to other guests when it comes to loud noises or music at night. No smoking inside the condo…the balcony’s are fine. No pets. Please follow the pool rules to keep everyone safe. Contact your host if something is not working or if you have any special requests.
