Guest Access:

Getting Around:
To get around the Roma Norte area in Mexico City, you have several public transportation options:

METRO
- Nearby stations: Roma Norte is well-connected by several metro stations.
The closest ones are Insurgentes (Line 1, pink line) and Sevilla (Line 1), as well as Cuauhtémoc (Line 1) and Chilpancingo (Line 9, brown line). These stations connect you to different parts of the city.

METROBUS
- Line 1 (red line): Runs along Insurgentes Avenue, with stations such as Durango, Sonora, and Álvaro Obregón.
- Line 3 (green line): Runs along Avenida Cuauhtémoc, with stations such as **Hospital General** and **Centro Médico**.
These Metrobús lines are very useful for getting around Roma Norte and to other important areas of the city.

ECOBICI
- Roma Norte has several Ecobici stations, making it easy to use shared bicycles to get around the area and to nearby neighborhoods like Condesa, Juárez, and Cuauhtémoc.

BUSES AND MICROBUSES
- On main avenues like Insurgentes, Álvaro Obregón, and Chapultepec, there are several bus and microbus routes that connect Roma Norte with other parts of the city.

TROLLEYBUS
- Line 1 of the trolleybus runs along Avenida Cuauhtémoc, offering an additional connection within and outside of Roma Norte.

Other Things to Note:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with valid permission. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $800 MXN to cover cleaning expenses. Only 1 pet is allowed per property.

Daily cleaning is not offered as part of the cleaning fee; however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, it can be arranged for an extra fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays longer than 2 weeks, a mid-stay cleaning is mandatory and must be covered by the guest.

HOUSE RULES

Travelers must be at least 20 years old to book.
Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited on the property. Violation will incur a penalty of $6,000 MXN.
Parties/events are not allowed, illegal activities are prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 11 p.m. Please respect the neighbors.
No more guests than those indicated in your reservation are allowed.
No tents or other structures can be set up on the property grounds.
Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occur during their stay or additional cleaning charges if necessary after their stay.
Renters may be required to provide official identification on the day of check-in or during their stay.
Please avoid moving the furniture.
Only 1 service animal is allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in apartment that uses a code to access the unit. Full check-in instructions and the necessary code will be provided before your arrival.
