Located just over a block (about 200 yards and an easy walk with no major crossings) from the pristine white sand and emerald surf or St Pete Beach's Upham Beach Park. Also located right in the heart of St Pete Beach (Gulf Blvd and 68th Ave), with numerous shops , bars, restaurants, and resorts within walking distance.

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. Pool, laundry, and outdoor areas are shared. There are nine apartments in total.

Second-floor apartment (requires climbing one flight of stairs). Open plan kitchen and dining room. Separate bathroom with queen bed, ensuite bath, and walk-in closet. Sleeper sofa in living room.
