From the development, you are just a 5-minute drive to amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and shops. Just 3 minutes more and you’re at the ocean with several beachfront restaurants and a main street lined with shops, restaurants, and fruit vendors. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. The main house boasts four ocean view bedrooms, each designed to maximize comfort and offer breathtaking views, while the two standalone garden view bedrooms in the guest house provide additional privacy and tranquility.

With 6 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom spaced across a total of 6,100 square feet, this villa is designed to provide ample comfort and opulence. This home has a unique layout that allows guests to have privacy in their own suites, while still having access to the main home just steps from their door. Two bedrooms have direct access from the main house while the remaining bedrooms are accessed from the covered front terrace.

Located just six minutes from the amenities of Playas del Coco, ten minutes from Playa Hermosa, and a mere thirty minutes from the airport, this villa offers the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Sleeping Arrangements:
Suite 1 (RIGHT) - Queen bed, pool terrace access, desk, closet, ductless A/C and ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom (shower/soaking tub combo, double vanity, and water closet). This suite can be accessed from the main living space, as well as having access from the covered terrace. It can also be connected to Suite 2 via a lockout door.
Suite 2 (RIGHT) - King bed, pool terrace access, walk-in closet with safe, ductless A/C and ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom (shower stall, soaking tub, and water closet). This suite can be accessed from the covered terrace. It can also be connected to Suite 1 via a lockout door.
Suite 3 (LEFT) - Queen bed, pool terrace access, walk-in closet, ductless A/C and ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom (shower stall, double vanity, and water closet). This suite can be accessed from the main living space, as well as having access from the covered terrace.
Suite 4 (LEFT) - King bed, pool terrace access, walk-in closet, ductless A/C and ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom (shower stall, soaking tub, and water closet). This suite can only be accessed from the covered front terrace.
Guest House Bedroom 1 - King bed / 2 Single beds (configured as you'd like), ductless A/C and ceiling fan, closet, Juliet balcony, ensuite bathroom with shower stall, sink, toilet.

VARIABLE PRICING - While this home sleeps 12, the pricing starts for groups of 8.  This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.

GETTING AROUND - Guests should have a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not have Uber here and getting a taxi can be challenging. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
