- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Hot Tub: Maintenance is scheduled twice a week.
- Landscaping: Is done once a week.
- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.
- High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
