Our penthouse condo is located on the 4th floor of a newly renovated yet historic building overlooking Court Street Plaza. Easily walk to Over-The-Rhine or head downtown to the Riverfront. Great options on our block like Court Street Kitchen, Mid-City Restaurant, Kroger, Avril-Bleh Meat Market & Deli & more. Large open living space with new furniture & appliances including washer/dryer. There is no elevator in our building. Paid street parking in front or in nearby Kroger garage with EV chargers.
This historic building was fully renovated and finished in 2022. The Moore Flats on Court Street is a 9 unit condo building and this is the 4th (top) floor penthouse unit - the only unit on that floor.
We travel often and have this space set up as such. Everything inside the condo is new, including the furniture and appliances. The ceilings are extremely high, with large windows that offer lots of natural light.
The large open living space includes a dining table, small desk, sleeper sectional sofa that sleeps two, and TV. The full kitchen is stocked for cooking and includes a coffee bar with Nespresso coffee maker and a variety of coffee pods.
The half bath is in the hallway near the open living space. There is a large coat closet at the entrance along with a hall closet stocked with additional towels and condo supplies.
There is a full bath with a large walk-in shower accessed from the bedroom and is stocked with toiletries. The bedroom includes an adjustable Casper king bed, open wardrobe, and blackout blinds on the windows.
The Wi-Fi is fast and there is an AppleTV connected to the living room TV for your use.
There is a WaterRower rowing machine in the living area available for your use. It stands up in the corner to save space but easily lowers for a great workout.
There is a new Samsung washer and dryer that are FlexWash and FlexDry, which include additional delicate washer and dryer units on the top of the standard washer and dryer. Detergent pods and dryer sheets are available for you.
There is no elevator in our building and the unit is on the 4th (top) floor.
The building is accessed through a secure keypad and our condo also has an electronic keypad lock. Both are very easy to use and you will not need a key during your stay. Instructions will be provided prior to check in.
Hourly street parking in front of our building uses the Cincy EZPark app, which converts to free overnight parking. There is also a paid parking garage at the end of our block in the Kroger on the Rhine building (Court & Walnut Garage) which includes EV Connect chargers on all levels. We typically park on the street to drop off our bags and then leave our car in the garage. There are other lots in the neighborhood including the Central & Walnut Lot.
