Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Other things to note
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house/cottages, including the patio. Please smoke just out at the yard and dispose of cigarettes' and other waste in the respective trash bins. If cigarette remains are found outside a charge of $350 will be applied. If it is found that smoking had occurred inside a charge of $2250 will apply.
3. Please be cautious and respectful of noise, especially after 12pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. Please no additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed. When we discover that extra guests were allowed on the property you will be asked to leave with no refund, we are not flexible in this regard.
5. The property will be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $100 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
