Die Maximalbelegung beträgt 4 Erwachsene. Dies ist eine Wohnung auf der unteren Ebene eines brandneuen Eigenheims, das in der Seattle Times, Pacific Northwest Magazine - Architektur Ausgabe 18. September 2016 vorgestellt wurde. Die Wohnung ist ungefähr 274 Quadratmeter groß. Alle Böden sind aus Beton mit Fußbodenheizung, damit Ihre Füße schön warm werden. Zusätzliche Isolierung wurde an der Decke und an den Wänden angebracht, um diesen Raum sowohl für Gäste als auch für Gastgeber besonders leise zu machen!
Es ist komplett privat mit einem separaten Außeneingang. Alle Windows werden aus Europa importiert. Die Decken sind über 9 Fuß hoch und die Fenster gehen vom Boden bis in die Nähe der Deckenhöhe. Sie sind RIESIG, damit maximales Licht in die Wohnung eindringt und Dreh- und Kippvorgänge ausgeführt werden können.

The most beautiful skyline view

This location is probably the best you can get. The view is a dream. Whether sun, clouds or fog. The sunrise is a dream. The equipment is perfect, everything is there. If you have a car, there is always a parking space in front of the door. We want to come back to this wonderful place in Seattle

Wenn Seattle -- dann dort !

Tolles neues Appartment mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Skyline von Seattle und den Hafen. Einrichtung ist hochwertig und neu, an europäischen Standards ausgerichtet. Vermieter sind freundlich und in jeder Hinsicht unkompliziert, wohnen im selben Haus, Privatsphäre ist aber gewährleistet. Die Gegend ist eine eher hochwertige Wohngegend und sehr ruhig, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Tipp: Einkaufen beim Metropolitan Supermarket -- tolle Auswahl und grosses gutes Sortiment. Je nach Verkehr ist man in 15 Min mit dem Auto in der Stadt. In 5 Min ist man am Strand. Für einen Seattle Besuch eine eindeutige Empfehlung !

Fantastic spot

The view is amazing, especially at night. The amenities were perfect - sheets, towels and blankets, an easy-to-use TV, basic kitchen staples, very cool artwork, comfortable couches ... I could go on and on. The cement floor with radiant heat was especially nice since we were there during a January cold snap. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

VIEW! LOCATION!

The view. Stunning. Brought a friend from Texas and wanted her to see how beautiful the Seattle skyline really is. This was the perfect spot! The location was ideal for getting to the downtown area and Lumen Field for the Seahawks game. No more than a 15 minute drive. Property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The owner was quick to respond to my communications. Highly recommend this rental property.

My second time staying here and I absolutely love the view. The apartment and location are wonderful and convenient to the ferry and several restaurants and cafes. It’s a great home base for a Seattle visit.

A Special Place!

When we saw the photos of the Seattle skyline, we wondered if it was too good to be true. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the photos were in fact accurate! That view is crazy

First, just like the title say, the view is crazy folks. They aren't lieing when they say to have your camera ready, my wife and I took so many pictures of the Seattle cityscape that we hadly took any that included the two of us. The rooms are spacious enough to have a group of 4 but still perfect for 2. The proximity to the ferry made it a no brainer for us since it drops you of right at pier 50 downtown.

Exactly as advertised - amazing Seattle skyline view

Excellent location with a spectacular view; quiet neighborhood overlooking Elliot Bay; easy-to-find off-street parking, and plenty of amenities within walking distance, including the water taxi to downtown. Totally agree with the top rating for this location and the experience. Highly recommend. It’s a perfect location to use as a base of operations while visiting the area.

Oh that View!

Perfect spot for a couple or small family. Nicely decorated with everything you need. The king size bed is very comfortable. A glass of wine on the front porch while gazing at the Seattle skyline is perfect. Enjoyed our stay so much!

We had a very enjoyable time during our stay in Seattle. Roger makes himself very accessible and answers all inquiries promptly. The property is very nice with beautiful views of the harbour and the Seattle city skyline. My only wish would be air conditioning. We arrived during a heat wave and the bedroom was very warm. I would highly recommend this property.

The most spectacular view of downtown Seattle!!!!!

Did not want to leave this place. It was clean, affordable, well-furnished and close to the beach. We felt very safe in this area. We will hopefully stay here on our next trip to Seattle.

Seattle Getaway

This place is definitely a 10 out of 10!! Beautiful home with wonderful views of Downtown Seattle! Great quiet neighborhood that is close to many restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Alki Beach and the water taxi to downtown Seattle. House is nicely decorated and has everything you need. Will definitely be back to stay here!!

Perfect view

We loved our stay at this property. The view is better than in the photos, and you can even see it while laying in the comfortable beds. The radiant heat floors kept the rooms comfortable even though the nights were in the 30s. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The walk to the water taxi is about 20 minutes but is on a steep hill. We are already thinking about our next trip to Seattle and we know exactly where we want to stay!

I almost don’t want to write a good review to keep this place a secret. This place was absolutely amazing. Very clean, beautiful location, and a great host. The apartment was perfect for a short stay. My family loved the view and it was very comfortable. Easy access to the south west Seattle ferry that takes you to downtown.

The apartment has stunning views from every room. It is well insulated for sound/heat/cold. Windows are floor to ceiling with German tilt/turn operation.

Location, location, location. Nearest bus stop is 4 blocks from the apartment (an easy 3 minute walk). From this bus stop you can reach Seatac International Airport, West Seattle Junction, Water Taxi and downtown Seattle. As well, you can board a free shuttle bus that will take you directly to the pier for boarding the water taxi that will take you directly downtown (water taxi fare is $5.75 for adults).
