FamilyFun: 4BR 3.5BA Townhouse near Disney

Nestled in Davenport, this delightful townhome is the perfect retreat for guests seeking an enchanting vacation. With 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 4 queen beds, so that’s 6 beds all together because the couch pulls out to a bed. there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge. The property boasts excellent amenities such as a washing machine& dryer, AC, iron, hair dryer, heating, and WiFi. You'll also find 3 1/2 bathrooms, complete with a hair dryer for your convenience. After a day of exploring, unwind in the cozy living room, which features a comfortable sofa bed. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
We are approximately 9 miles from Disney’s animal Kingdom in about 45 minutes away from universal studios all depending on traffic we also have two golf courses within 2 to 5 miles away. there is absolutely no smoking anything or vaping. You will be responsible for damages from the smell and keep the front door closed at all times. There is only two cars allowed to park and they must be all on the pad in front of my house no tires or allowed in the street or the grass absolutely no street parking allowed they (resort)will tell you. Guest are responsible for damages done by themselves or a pet pets cannot be left alone and must be on a leash at all times your pets get scared in a strange place. When you leave them alone they don’t understand you were coming back, so they scratch at the door frames or start eating things this is why we say do not leave your pet alone.
There is also a resort fee paid at the time of check-in to the resort of $22 a night. There is an additional $75 charge per stay for pets.
