This memorable brand-new house is the perfect home base for your trip to Auburn for you and your family. With 5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 bunk bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 crib, there's plenty of space for all guests. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower. Additionally, there's an inviting living room with a sofa bed for extra comfort. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs with streaming apps that require your login. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Auburn.

House Rules:
• No parties or events allowed. Small gatherings may be approved prior to booking by the owner. Unapproved events will carry an additional fee of $500.
• No smoking allowed on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking found indoors (smoke smells, ashes, butts, burn marks, etc.) there will be a fine of $500.
• No pets are allowed. If there is any evidence of pets (ex. Pet hair, urine/feces, scratch/bite marks, etc.) there will be a fine of $500.
• No unregistered guests allowed. The booking party must accurately represent the total number of guests that will occupy the home - You are not allowed to invite other guests over without prior permission from the owner. If additional guests are found to occupy, or have occupied, the property, the booking party may forfeit the remainder of their stay and be charged a fine of $500.
• Please respect the noise curfew. Our property is within a residential neighborhood, and our wonderful neighbors reserve the right to peaceful nights. Keep all noise down between the hours of 11pm and 8am.
• As a courtesy, please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you go out or check out.

Guest access:
• Guests will enjoy access to the entire house except for the garage. Any tampering with garage will result in a fine of $500. A keyless entry code will be sent 24 hours before your arrival.

Other Things to Note:
• Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM Please let me know if you need an early check-in / late check-out (subject to availability).
• The property's exterior is monitored with cameras for your safety and equipped with an alarm system.
• Please treat the home with respect, and do not invite guests over who are not listed on the reservation.
• I give my guests complete privacy. I am available for any questions. I am here to help you have an awesome experience and want you to come back! If there's anything I can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to ask! If any issues arise, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you promptly (but please note that there is no one living on-site).
• The pool is available seasonally from May to September from 7am to 8pm.
• This home is 100% pet free, any accommodation for your animal family members should be made prior to arrival.

Parking:

•Please Park your cars on the driveway only.
If you can't park all your cars on the driveway, please park additional cars across the street in the pool parking lot after unloading your vehicle.
•Do not park in front of neighbors’ homes.
