For the chefs among us, enjoy the gourmet kitchen equipped with a gas stove, all-new appliances, and all the cooking essentials you'll need. A coffee maker and all the extras are available for your morning brew. Enjoy your inspired creations or your favorite local takeout on the adjoining dining room table with seating for 6.

The huge master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and double closets for ample storage. The second and third bedrooms each offer queen-sized beds and share a full-sized hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The fourth bedroom, located in the basement, is perfect for additional guests with a full-sized bed. Please note - there is a locked bedroom at the back of the house that is not accessible to guests and is used for storage.

Outside, you'll find a large backyard with a pergola adorned with lights, ideal for evening relaxation or entertaining. Additional amenities include a double garage and a circular driveway, providing plenty of parking space. If you are wishing to use the garage, there are no remotes available and it will need to be opened and closed from inside the house.

There are security cameras at this property for safety and security purposes. There is a doorbell camera as well as cameras overlooking the front and back doors.

**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**

Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy as the owner has terrible pet allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.

We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Stays beyond 5 days will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.

Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet and the locked bedroom in the back of the house.

This property is located in the Rush subdivision in north Lubbock. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and dining.

Getting Around:
Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services.

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee. Service animals will be required to show proof of registration BEFORE booking.

There are cameras at this property overlooking the front door and back door that leads to the backyard. These will record with motion.

Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We require 24 notice for early check out alterations.

House Rules:
- No pets!
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.

Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.
