We will send you detailed instructions no less than 48 hours prior to your arrival after you complete our verification portal. You will have privacy and access to the entire house using your special code given upon booking. Front door has a digital smart lock. All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. Your kitchenette/dining area is conveniently laid out and will be a pleasure to use for preparing simple meals. A large island with a built-in sink provides ample work space, storage below, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. You’ll also enjoy the use of a mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a set of chef’s knives. Neatly stow away your clothes and luggage in a deep closet with shelving, and the TV stand provides additional drawer storage. A bright, contemporary bathroom provides a sink vanity with storage below and a combination tub/shower.
