Welcome to your dream getaway in the exclusive and private community of Estancias! This luxurious 5-bedroom estate offers 5,447 sq. ft. of elegant living space on a spacious one-acre lot. Perfect for families or groups, the home features a gourmet kitchen, multiple living areas, a custom bar, high-end finishes throughout, and a double-ensuite casita with its own kitchenette and living room.
Welcome to STONEGATE located within the prestigious, privately gated community of The Estancias in the heart of La Quinta. Only 47 estate sized homes grace this exclusive neighborhood, with STONEGATE sitting on a prime, one acre, south-facing parcel. The mountain views are breathtaking from virtually every window! Sunsets are glorious, sunrises spectacular. The home sits in such a way as to afford COMPLETE privacy…once inside the enclave, enjoy your family and friends with complete peace and utter privacy. The house is a true estate, boasting 3 large, en-suite bedrooms in the main house plus a large, 3 room Casita (which includes 2 en-suite bedrooms and a living room). A separate breakfast nook sits in such a way as to feel as though one is sitting outside. It’s a citrus lover’s paradise and our guests are free to pick at will. The house is in the perfect location for enjoying Old Town La Quinta, The Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella/Stagecoach/Equestrian events), Indian Wells Tennis Center (BNP Paribas), multiple golf courses (AMEX Golf Tournament in PGA West), fabulous restaurants, and more. Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. There is a very large, comfortable sofa with plenty of seating to view the 100” TV. Four exceptional swivel chairs enhance the seating area, perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.
OUTSIDE:
All doors open up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. Several seating areas, tables, and chaise lounges are available for a large group or intimate twosome. The mountain views are breathtaking! The beautifully landscaped backyard features 25+ fruit trees, all available to our guests for picking. The huge, expansive lawn is perfect for all sorts of games (croquet, volley ball, badminton, etc). Another outdoor dining table and chaise lounge area is the perfect place to capture some shady privacy.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker (pods), toaster and blender.

Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, food processor, a variety of tea bags, coffee pods, sugars, half and half, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amen8ities including a microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes coffee pods and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DOES YOUR HOME HAVE AN OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEM?
Yes it does….Please refer to the instruction sheet next to the Denon Receiver located in the living room cabinet to the left of the fireplace.
