Guests will have full and private access to the home and hot tub, with the exception of the garage, marked closets, side yard, and some drawers. These areas are reserved for property owners and cleaners and are marked "No Guest Access."

TRAVELING IN WINTER
CalTrans can mandate all vehicles to carry snow chains between November 1st and April 30th. Chains are sold at most auto supply shops, hardware stores, and some convenience stores. We will not be held responsible and do not issue refunds if the city doesn't allow you up the mountain because your vehicle does not have snow chains.

• Plastic plates, bowls, cups, sippy cups and kids spoons, knives and forks

• Primary renter must be 21 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Maximum Occupancy is 10, (8 adults 2 children)
• Parking available for 3 vehicles. No street parking allowed.
• Per county code, quiet hours are between 10pm-7am Sun-Sat. This includes the use of the outdoor amenities (including hot tub) past 10pm.
• No smoking or vaping allowed on premises, in or outside the home.
