From the moment you walk inside, you will immediately feel at home amidst the open layout and tropical mementos. Down the hall, the well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to play chef. When it's time to eat, there is in-kitchen seating and alfresco seating by the pool.

A true focal point of your stay, the turquoise pool, and Tiki bar will host some of your favorite vacation memories. When you aren't splashing in the cool water, unwind on the screened-in patio, equipped with comfortable seating and a smart TV. This space is easily accessible via the primary bedroom. An outdoor shower is also available outside.

Ensuring everyone's satisfaction, the four bedrooms are lined in cheerful color palettes, high-quality linens, and central air. For the little ones of the family, you'll have access to two Pack-N-Plays and a high chair. The primary bedroom even has an electronically adjustable mattress. Additional features you'll love about your hideaway include a gas grill, a full-sized washer/dryer, smart TVs, internet access, hurricane impact glass on the windows, and a large freezer for fishing bait.

Within a 14-mile radius of your stay, enjoy paying a visit to the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Beach Golf, the Dolphin Research Center, and Bahia Honda State Park. Don't forget to utilize the provided four kayaks and four bicycles!

The dock fits a boat up to 45 feet in length and there is shore power, a wash-down station, and a fish cleaning station.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
