While we don’t have a lifeguard on duty, your safety is our priority—swim at your own risk and enjoy every splash. To keep things safe and enjoyable, please avoid diving and running on the pool deck. Please note that a large tree from the neighboring property hangs over our backyard, and its leaves may occasionally fall into the pool in between service visits.

BBQ/Grill:
Fire up the grill and get ready for a sizzling outdoor BBQ experience! Just a heads-up: the propane might not be completely full since it's replenished by our awesome guests. But don’t sweat it! Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets $100 per stay. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property, and please note that there is no backyard space or fenced yard. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.
