Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a beautifully furnished living space featuring expansive windows that showcase breathtaking ocean vistas. Relax in the comfortable seating area and unwind with entertainment on the flat-screen TV after a day of beachside adventures.

Both bedrooms are designed for the utmost comfort and tranquility. The master bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The second bedroom features two twin beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. Additional sleeping arrangements are available on the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues that arise during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.

No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.

Parking is located in the front of the unit, uncovered parking area.

A code will be provided at the time of check-in for the smart lock.

Also required, $1000 deposit and $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach!

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

You must be 25 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

There are 4 parking passes left for guests. Please return at the end of your stay, as there is a $75 replacement fee.
