2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. Only one bay of garage is available.
3. Bikes in the garage are not available to renters.
4. Although guests do have access to the Tahoe Park HOA amenities, buoy access is not available.
5. Fireplace in living area is not operable.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
