The majestic Wasatch Mountains teem with wildlife and unspoiled wilderness. In the heart of these scenic hills lies Park City, a bustling town known for the Sundance Film Festival it hosts each year. Its also home to Marriott's MountainSide, one of two Marriott Vacation Club resorts to grace this wonderful destination. Your resort is adjacent to the Park City Mountain Resort, complete with an ice-skating rink, restaurants and ski service.

General Property Updates

All Owners and guests are required to wear property wristbands while using the resort amenities. One-bedroom and Guestroom reservations are able to have up to 4 wristbands per room. Two-bedroom reservations are able to have up to 8 wristbands. Wristbands must be worn at all times in resort common areas. The resort is not able to give or sell additional wristbands.

All reservations will include one complimentary parking pass during their stay. One additional permit may be purchased for two-bedroom reservations only. Additional permits are not available for guestroom and one-bedroom reservations. On-site parking is not guaranteed.

Construction Updates

Landslide repair work will occur nearby from Mar. 1, 2024, through Jun. 30, 2024. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of our property during this time.

The MountainSide Pool will be closed from Sept. 15, 2024, through Nov. 6, 2024, for pool lining refurbishment. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.
 
Additionally, expect some minor construction noise may be heard between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m daily.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.


Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
