Guests should be aware of the following:

* This is not a 1 Bedroom - This is a guestroom/studio villa, similar to a hotel room with resort features, and this unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; the specific unit will be assigned at check-in.
* Specific villas aren’t owned at Marriott resorts. The resort assigns your villa 2 - 3 days prior to your arrival. Special requests aren’t guaranteed.
*Marriott is now requiring for us to add your address, email and phone number once you’ve booked to avoid problems at check-in.
* You are booking directly with a Marriott owner
* No Free Daily Maid Service
* Yes! You have FREE access to all the resort amenities
*Please be informed that there is an approximately $50 per night fully refundable deposit, provided you don’t charge anything to your room, similar to a hotel.
* A valid id and major debit/credit card required at time of check in.

There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

On-site parking is $25 daily, with complimentary parking for Owners, Exchange, and Marketing Packages.

Packages for Grande Vista Owners are complimentary. Envelopes are free of charge.

Important Notice: The Safety & Security Department will hold packages for one full month from the receiving day. If packages are not claimed they will be returned to sender or disposed of.
