This cabin has two bedrooms, all furnished to provide a cozy and rustic feel that makes falling asleep easy, during the day or night. The first master boasts a luxurious King bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
The two full bathrooms in the home make it easy to get ready at any time of the day. Towels and a start of bathroom basics are provided. Please bring your own toiletries.
☆☆ LOUNGE ☆☆
The cabin has multiple living spaces such that everyone can carve out a favorite spot. The cozy living room has a fireplace, sofas, and plenty of board games. Settle into the sofa and catch up on your not-to-be-missed series on the flat-screen TV. The downstairs Game Room features two armchairs with footrests, a flatscreen TV, board games and an arcade game.

The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook as you do at home. Feel free to make use of the stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and drawers full of kitchen gadgets. The kitchen has a dining table for 4.

The deck will quickly become a sought-after hangout spot. The shady deck features comfortable outdoor lounge furniture, and a bubbling hot tub in the corner.
Guest access
Guests at Eagle’s Nest will have access to the entire home! We hope you have a wonderful stay! You will receive check-in instructions the day of check-in including your personalized special code to our smart lock for the duration of your stay. There are two designated parking spaces to the LEFT of the cabin.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Booking party must be 21+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
2. Pet Friendly up to two dogs under 40 lbs. $150 per stay for up to two pets. Please notify owner prior and add to booking..
3. No smoking inside the home (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc) and No Drugs of any kind
4. Parties not allowed.
5. There are no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/others that are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
6. Guest acknowledges one security camera is located on the exterior of the property facing the Entry door and parking area. There are NO cameras inside the home.
7. Please use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. If you have health conditions, please check with your doctor.

PETS:
We welcome pets as per your booking, please respect these following requests to keep our home enjoyable for everybody.

Dogs are the only pets we allow.  

You may have up to two dogs under 40 pounds.

You must add your dogs to the reservation.  The pet fee is because it takes our cleaners additional time to clean the home after pets.  

Please keep your pets off the furniture and beds.

We provide a food/water dish, a pet bed and a pet blanket.  Please do not use towels for pets.

Please clean up after your pet.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
*Linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
*Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
*A kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect plus a starter supply of coffee/tea and a Keurig coffee maker.
*A hot tub that is cleaned and drained for every stay. Use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. Adults use at their own risk.
*Unlimited high-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
