Look no further in Ocean City Maryland

My family just finished the best family vacation we ever had and we’ve had many. The 4-bedroom bay front exceeded our expectations! It was so updated, bright and clean. The overall location was incredibly convenient for everything in OC. You walk through the front door to huge sweeping bay views. The home has an incredible 50’ deck over the water. The house has all the amenities a family would need from kayaking on the bay to a full day of beach activities, including a sweet beach cart to get everything around. The beautifully appointed house is with stocked with many books and games and our family had one of the best week together! I am new to Ocean City as this was a destination wedding for my son but will be coming back at least once a year moving forward and always renting this wonderful property. Don’t miss it if you’re a looking for a sweet bayside retreat.

Best Single Family Home

Absolutely loved this property! There were four of us and it was perfect. The absolute best part is the deck! Beautiful views! The house was as advertised and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. This is definitely one we will rent again!

Great Beach location

Our family had a great experience at the beach and the house was perfect! Great location for hitting the beach and not fighting for parking and space but still minutes away from the boardwalk. Kids enjoyed fishing off the deck of the house or playing on the tennis courts close by. Rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities to just have a great time at the property also.

False Charges Post Stay

I have rented 20+ properties with groups of friends. I have never had a bad review. Debbie charged me $300 for: 1) A service animal, which I am not required to notify her of and for which I provided documentation of it being a service animal even though that is also not required. 2) Food in the fridge. This was false. I personally walk through the entire house and cleared the fridge. I repeatedly asked for a photo of items left in the fridge. None was provided. 3) A broken handle in the shower. A 110lb small woman in our group broke this off. It was not someone using immense force. Clearly this handle was already weak and we happened to be there when it broke. It turned in an abnormal way so most people try to turn it in a normal way before they figure it out and I am sure that constant stress on the plastic built up. To act as if we broke off a handle because we weren't careful is ridiculous. 4) Debbie claimed someone peed in a bed but, again, refused to provide evidence. I told her someone had spilled water on the bed during checkout and I would like a video showing a yellow spot (as urine and water do not look the same) and someone touching it so we can see it is newly wet. No evidence was provided. This seems like an owner who uses her guests to get additional funds.

The house was so cute and clean. Great space and bedrooms for a group of friends or family. The location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. The deck overlooking the water was beautiful. Would definitely go back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Home

I will definitely be back! The deck was perfect to enjoy sunset. Prime location for restaurants and bars. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need! Couch in the living room is spacious everyone was able to sit comfortably.

Comfortable home with gorgeous bay view

The home is a cut above the usual Ocean City rentals, and the view is spectacular. Renters should be aware that one of the bedrooms is extremely small and would be more comfortably furnished with a twin than a queen size bed. That said, I would rent the property again.

BEAUTIFUL HOME SPECTACULAR SUNSET VIEW

The house is in terrific shape, is decorated in wonderful beach-vacation home pale blues and greens with hand painted wall murals in the dining-living room area. The master bed is wonderfully soft and comfortable. The kitchen and is stocked with everything you will need. Our favorite part is the off-the-living room small sun room and the decks. They give you chairs to watch the sunsets which are breathtaking.

Awesome stay!

This property was perfect. Right on the bay, easy to find, an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of space for a bachelor party group of 8. We especially enjoyed hanging on the back deck. Debbie was also very easy to communicate with and let us know exactly what to do for check in and check out.
