Main living has 65"LED Smart TV. One queen bed One leather pit sectional. One full length mirror. Black out curtains. Dedicated work space. Ergo chair & light

All of this surrounded by lush mature tropical landscaping. BEAUTIFUL 🌴🌴🌴🌺❤️👍 This property is perfect for 1 to 2 people could accommodate a 3rd person sleeping on sofa.. Guest can use the common area consisting of the pool, outdoor shower and path and seating along the water behind the house.

It is located close to major highways in the heart of the City The neighborhood is beautiful and nice for taking walks riding your bike or walking your dog. The studio does has A noise machine and box fan and blackout curtains all perfect for a good night sleep . Also a Mini split. AC. for you to set the temperature to your preference .
