Guests will enter the home by being given a code to get into the house using an electronic lock on the front door.

- $20 early/late check-in and check-out fee charged hourly
- $1000 Fine if any fireworks are used
- $500 fine if quiet hours rules are broken
- Any extra fees are non-refundable.
- Additional linens can be provided if requested in advance.
- The fire place in the living room is not usable and is strictly for design purposes only.
