Please note that due to the apartment's central location, some street noise may be heard, especially in the early morning hours. 

Despite this, the apartment offers a comfortable and convenient retreat amid the hustle and bustle of New York City.The building has 3 elevators and also a staircase that will help you get around and prevent long queues while wanting to go to your apartment to rest after a long day. 

This cozy studio is fantastic for a family or a groupd of friends whom comes to discover the big apple. It accomodate up to 5 guest. Featuring 1 double bed and a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and one single on the top. Ideal for family adventure. One big towel per person, bed linens, 2 pillow per person and duvets are provided.

 The studio is equipped with a basic kitchenette where you will be able toprepare basic meal and snack during your stay. Perfect to prepare a quick breakfast and coffee before exploring this increaible ciy.

The private bathroom is stocked with basic essentials, including shampoo and toiletries for the first few days. A hair dryer, mirror, and towels are provided for everyone. The bathroom has a nice bath. Since the space is limited, friendly arrangements and good communication with your family will help ensure a tidy and comfortable stay. After a day of sightseeing, dining, or shopping, return to your cozy space to unwind and recharge.

Amenities include: air conditioning ( it can be remove on winter season to prevent cold aire coming throug), central heating, Wi-Fi, Smart TV to connect your NetFlix account. Laundry services are available in the building ussing coins. Check in time is at 4PM and check out at 10AM. In case you are interested let me know. The building offers 24/7 concierge for late check-ins. In case you arrive before the check in time, we can store your luggage for free from 9AM to 5PM. Good news! In case your flight has a late departure, there is am external service offered from the bulding where you can store your luggage at the check out dayfor $5 per piece from 9AM to 5PM. This is an external service offered and charges from the building managment due to the big amount of tourist and families staying in the building.
