This beautiful home spans 2,300 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

After entering through the front door, you'll step into the main living space that holds the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

Living Room: The airy lounge features a massive sectional couch, offering ample space to spread out while watching a movie on the 55" 4K TV. The light-colored walls and floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood the room with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Stay cool on hot summer days with the central air conditioning or enjoy the cozy warmth of the indoor fireplace during the winter months.

Kitchen: The open-concept common space is perfect for entertaining the whole group. The sleek gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with high-end modern appliances, including a wine fridge, a stainless steel oven and gas stove, and a dishwasher. Bedroom 3: Equipped with a queen bed and Smart TV, this bedroom also has access to a full shared bathroom. The tasteful decor and plush bedding create a welcoming atmosphere.

Bedroom 4: This room is perfect for kids or additional guests, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and Smart TV. It also has access to a full shared bathroom.

Bathroom 2: This shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Area: Step out onto the impressive patio, where you can enjoy full days relaxing by the private pool. The shimmering pool provides plenty of depth and is the perfect way to cool off on hot summer days. When you're not in the pool, there's plenty of outdoor seating to lounge on, including reclined chairs, a large covered sectional couch, and a day bed that provides shade. Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed
