Living room: The living room is an ideal space for both relaxation and entertainment. You can listen to vinyl records, read a good book, or watch a movie on the Smart TV. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening alone or a fun movie night with loved ones, this living room provides the perfect setting. Additionally, it seamlessly opens up into the formal dining area, enhancing the flow and functionality of the space.
Kitchen: The kitchen boasts a comprehensive inventory, ensuring you have everything you might need for your culinary endeavors. Essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, oven, and stove, stand ready to assist in crafting delicious meals. The kitchen island allows seating for three, while the kitchen table allows seating for four. Please note that the water and ice in fridge do NOT work.
Family Room: The open layout of the kitchen extends into a spacious family room featuring a sofa and loveseat, perfect for gathering during meal preparation. Relax on the sofa while enjoying a movie night, creating a seamless blend of cooking and leisure.
Main Floor:
Bedroom1: Unwind in this cozy bedroom, featuring queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps and armoire. There is additional storage in the closet. Located in the front of the home, it offers a private seating area with loveseat, chair and coffee table. Guests may access the private balcony from here as well.
Bedroom 2: Relax in this bedroom, featuring a king size bed, bedside tables, and lamps. There is a luggage rack for guest convenience. It offers a serene retreat at the back of the house.
Bedroom 3: This beautiful bedroom features a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, closet space and a desk. There is a private door that leads to the balcony.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom features two twin beds, bedside table, lamps and closet space. It offers the perfect retreat for kids.
Bathroom 1: Located in Bedroom 1, this bathroom features a shower/tub combo, vanity and toilet. It comes fully stocked with essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Bathroom 2: This bathroom features a walk-in shower, double vanity sinks and toilet. It comes fully stocked with essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Second Floor:

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom at Pleasant Street Opulence is a luxurious retreat, featuring a king-size bed, elegant bedside tables, and stylish lamps. Ample storage is available in the spacious closet, ensuring a clutter-free and serene environment. A private alcove provides a desk, sofa, and fireplace, perfect for work or relaxation. Master Bathroom: This elegant bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo, double sink vanity and toilet. It comes fully stocked with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Bathroom 4: This bathroom is located in Bedroom 5. It features a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. It comes fully stocked with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Bathroom 5: This bathroom is centrally located on the second floor. It features a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. It comes fully stocked with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Laundry area: A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. They are located in the garage.
OUTSIDE
Pleasant Street Opulence offers a beautiful outdoor setting for sunrise or sunset. The front yard consists of green grass and native plants. The front porch offers a porch swing and seating, perfect for enjoying the Historic neighborhood. The backyard is fully fenced. It features a small playground for children, a mud station and charcoal grill. There is a covered balcony which features outdoor dining, this may be accessed from the dining area. Guests may use the four car garage for parking.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.
Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.
PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.
Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.
Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.
PMI Northern Arizona may be reached 24/7, guests may use app or contact information from the welcome book.

VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
