The first floor of the property houses two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room, and a two-car garage. One of the rooms is the bunk room and the other room, located across the hall from the bunk room is a bedroom with two queen beds and an En suite full bath with a stand-alone shower.

The second floor boasts an open floor plan living area, a half bath, and a single queen bedroom with En suite full bath, complete with a shower/tub combo.

The entire third floor is dedicated to the home’s lavish Master Suite. The Master Suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, and a private balcony accessible through a set of French doors. The En suite Master Bath has dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a large stand-alone shower.

Destiny by the Sea is a gated Gulf-front neighborhood of luxurious vacation rental homes. Two boardwalks provide easy beach access for all of the properties in this Destin neighborhood. Neighborhood amenities include, a clubhouse, and a seasonally heated swimming pool. The pool is heated the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Destiny by the Sea is convenient to many area attractions. It’s within walking distance of restaurants such as The Crab Trap and Pompano Joe’s.
