Welcome to our charming bungalow in Cape Coral surrounded by lush landscaping! It is located within walking distance of the Yacht Club beach and famous Boat House Tiki Bar! This beautifully decorated and updated home is located on the most prestigious street in all of Cape Coral and comes fully furnished with the modern amenities for all of your vacation needs. This home is also listed as one of the first homes built in Cape Coral.
With two bedrooms, an open concept great room / kitchen, laundry room, separate dining room and office for two, you'll have a comfortable and relaxing stay that feels like you are at home. There is an 82” TV in the living room for those movie nights, 70” TV in bedroom 1 and a 48” TV in bedroom 2. Two bicycles, two beach chairs and cooler are located in the garage for that relaxing day at the beach. The front porch offers a tranquil sitting area with two adirondack chairs and serene fountain surrounded by decorative pots and flowers. The fenced in back yard is filled with many differing types of local plantings and comes complete with a large paver patio, grill, table / chairs for four and two alternate sitting areas for entertainment or simply enjoying being outside. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee on the beautiful grounds or exploring the nearby attractions, this property offers a tranquil and inviting atmosphere.
This home is brand new to the Vrbo market so we hope you will be one of our first guests! We have put a lot of work into this project and can’t wait for you to enjoy it.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft
I was actually born and raised in this neighborhood, 15 houses down from this property. I bought this property in 2011 as my first home. It was very run down and the grounds had not been taken care of for many years. I am a general contractor by profession, so over the years I began to fix up the house and property to what it is today. I planted 90% of the vegetation on the property myself, only 10% was there when I brought the house. My fondest memories are the conversations my Mom and I would have while we were painting or working on other projects.
The neighborhood has evolved greatly over the years, but there is still an old charm here that is hard to replicate. This block is surrounded by water, river on one side and canals / Yacht Club Basin on the other. It has a mix of well kept older homes and new multi-million dollar mansions. This was the first neighborhood built in Cape Coral in the late1950s and early 1960s so there is some cool local history here.
I believe this property is unique for two reasons, preservation of original architecture and the landscaping.
Most of the older homes in the area have been torn down and replaced with very large houses with modern designs that stretch the lot lines offering very little room for vegetation or yard space. This house is over 60 years old and carries forward generations of history with it. The architecture is unique to its time and has been preserved in this modern era.
I have always had a love of nature and plants. After renovating the house itself, my next project was to create a beautiful landscape that surrounds the house. There are over 20 palms, several shade trees, and 30 verities of tropical plants that cover the property. I hope you will enjoy it like I have.
