This home sleeps 18 and has 5 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, a highly sought-after elevator accessing all floors, a private, oversized sun deck and gazebo built at the dune with direct access to the private beach area, chef’s kitchen, a wet bar/kitchenette on the second floor, full-size washer and dryer, gas fireplace, wet weather entry, and outdoor shower and changing area among other amenities.

Ocean Oasis boasts modern coastal comfort and cleanliness with porcelain tile floors, shiplap, quartz and marble countertops, reverse floor plan, vaulted open and airy living, dining, and kitchen area for the expansive and panoramic ocean, sound and Intracoastal views or just relaxing and entertaining family, friends and guests while enjoying the ambiance of the modern gas fireplace. A few family games are provided and can be enjoyed at the large sectional seating and coffee table, large dining table or the additional seating nook.

The fully-equipped Chef’s kitchen and dining area has plenty of seating for a large group, quartz countertops, a center island with extra seating, a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. A powder room and the Primary King en-suite are on this third level. This en-suite is oceanfront and spa-like with a large tiled glass shower with a detachable shower head, a luxurious freestanding soaking tub, and a double bowl marble vanity with plenty of storage.

This home has three King oceanfront bedrooms and two sound-side bedrooms with unlimited intercoastal and sound-side water views. The second-floor King oceanfront bedrooms provide guests the glorious sunrise, the best ocean and beach views, sea breezes, and sliding doors for direct access to the large decks and private beach. One bedroom connects to an en-suite with a large, tiled glass shower with detachable shower head and double bowl marble vanity. The other king bedroom connects to a large ceramic tiled tub and shower combination and marble double bowl vanity. Both bathrooms connect to a sound-side bedroom. The sound-side bedrooms have sliding doors leading to decks with additional seating to capture the beautiful views of the sound, intracoastal waterway, and gorgeous sunsets and are equipped with full-size bunk beds with a full-size trundle. Each bunk room is capable of sleeping six adults or children comfortably.

This level also has a luxurious wet bar/kitchenette area with quartz countertops, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffee pot, and drinkware providing everything you need to enjoy morning coffee, snacks, sodas, smoothies, or cocktails. This space opens onto the deck and is just steps from additional outdoor seating, lounging, sun deck/gazebo, and private beach access. The full-size washer and dryer are also situated on this floor for easy access.

The private, oversized sun deck and covered gazebo built at the dune are the signature crown jewel of this property and provide guests direct and private access to the beach and hot and cold water footwash and shower head to rinse off the day's sand. Guests can escape the sand on the sun deck or the sun under the covered gazebo. Enjoy having meals or snacks at the picnic table or drinks at the bar ledge with additional seating. The sun deck and gazebo are accessible from all levels of the house.

In addition to the sun deck and covered gazebo, the decks off of the bedrooms and living room provide a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, loungers, and a swing. Six smart flat-screen TVs, access to guests streaming services and high-speed internet are all available.
Underneath parking and wet weather entry make escaping any inclement weather a breeze, and access to the elevator provides ease of getting luggage, groceries, family, and guests to the upper levels. An enclosed outdoor shower and changing area equipped with hot and cold water is also available.
