The Pet Friendly Port House with a Fully Fenced in Back Yard!!

Welcome to The Port House!

This cozy pet and child friendly home, in the heart of Wilmington is the perfect space for couples, families, and solo travelers alike. Spend time lounging in the sand or enjoying Wilmington’s best restaurants, shops, and attractions. The Port House is centrally located, with a short walk to EUE/Screen GEMS Studios, 5-minute drive to the airport and downtown, and 14-minute drive to Wrightsville Beach.

THE SPACE:

My fully updated home features an amazing beach feel, for family, friends, kids and Fur Babies!!! Each room is meticulously cleaned and made to let my guests feel like they are in the most relaxing environment. The back yard is fully fenced in to keep your kids and pets safe and secure.

The Master on suite features a king size bed with a walk in closet, and a bathroom with an exceptional walk-in shower to refresh you. There is also an Air Mattress in the closet with linen, if needed.

The 2nd guest room, a queen size bed, equipped with clean and pleasant bedding. The closet comes fully stocked with a beach bag, toys, chairs, and basic daily essentials.

The spacious living room, featuring a Roku TV, bathed in natural light that highlights every contemporary detail. The modern interior decor is comfortable and ideal for relaxing. The sofa is user-friendly and very convertible.

There is a special section dedicated to your family fun and pets. I provide board games, leashes, animal toys, poop bags, bowls and treats! Pet beds are provided, please use them.

A workspace with an office in the living room with Wi-Fi connection, allowing you to perform your tasks in an inspiring calm.

The open kitchen offering all amenities, and enjoying a simple but elegant design, along with a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. There is also a mini cocktail station in the corner with a menu of how to create your favorite drinks. (alcohol not included)

The patio allows those relaxing vibes. Enjoy a nice fire, play some yard games or even grill up a ribeye steak. The possibilities are endless.

The side of the house features a nice foot washing station, to clean off that sand after a day at the beach

Finally the driveway can hold up to three cars, NO street parking please.

ACCESS:
Guest have access to the entire home, minus the attic and the shed, which are used for storage. You will find two cabinets that are locked, those are for my manager so please don't tamper with them.

OTHER NOTES:

PETS: So when booking the number of guest please check the (traveling with pets) box. If you have more than 2 pets, please message me directly.

COFFEE: I supply a Keurig, k-kups and Mr. Coffee, but please bring your "desired" creamer and coffee grounds.

GRILL/FIRE: The fire pit and charcoal grill are on its own. So please purchase firewood and charcoal from the local Home Depot or Lowes if you wish to use the fire pit and/or charcoal grill.

LONG TERM RENTALS: We do offer long term rental pricing. So if you are interested in Seasonal or Yearly rental agreements, please message me directly for pricing details.
