Welcome to our cozy home nestled at the base of the Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque, New Mexico! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, close to hiking trails, restaurants and shopping, providing the perfect escape for your get away.
The Space:
2 bedroom - featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and queen- sized bed. Both equipped with high end mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
1 bathroom- with walk-in shower equipped with a soothing rainfall shower head. Pamper yourself after a day of exploring the Sandia Mountains or treat yourself to a spa-like experience in the comfort of your own space.
Full Kitchen - Step into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the tools you need to whip up delicious meals.
Living Room- Unwind with the comfort of a plush sofa and take advantage of the additional sleeping space provided by a pull-out futon couch. This versatile feature is perfect for accommodating extra guests or simply enjoying a cozy spot to relax and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the TV equipped with a Roku streaming device.
Parking- For your convenience, parking is a breeze. Our property is the only house on the cul-de-sac, providing ample street parking in addition to a designated space in the driveway for one vehicle.
Location- Beyond the comforts of our home, you'll find yourself in close proximity to a variety of restaurants, breweries, hiking trails and a park across the street. Whether you're in the mood for a local culinary experience or a leisurely day, our location ensures you have easy access to it all, taking about 10-20 min to get anywhere in Albuquerque from our home.
Guest access
ACCESS TO EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE GARAGE AND BACKYARD- FEEL LIKE IT'S YOUR HOME
During your stay, the apartment is all yours! You will have full access to the townhome except the garage or backyard. (Doors will be locked to both of these areas and will not allow you to access)
Keyless Entry- We use a yale lock and will send you an access code for your stay the night before check in.
Other things to note
EXTRA GUESTS - Please make sure that you have made your reservation for the correct number of guests as I do charge an extra guest fee in lieu of a larger cleaning fee. No additional guests are allowed that are not included in the reservation. If there are additional guests not listed on your reservation you will be charged.
NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking).
QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 11pm-5am. Please be respectful of your neighbors. All our neighbors are very friendly but we are a townhouse and connected to one of the neighbors.
NO SMOKING INSIDE BUT 4/20 FRIENDLY- Smoking is not permitted inside! Make sure doors and windows are closed if smoking outside (and dispose of butts or ashes in the trash bins outside on the side of the house).
NO PETS - Pets are not allowed
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY - Have a wonderful trip! Whether it's a staycation, work trip, or anything else.
