Everything inside has been fully REMODELED with tropical décor, full kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, (3) smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, nice bedding and linens, new bathrooms and furnishings, and a custom configured functional layout to maximize your comfort and enjoyment at this exquisite condo that enjoys year-round warm weather, island breezes and excellent oceanfront views of Bolongo Bay's tropical beauty and morning sunrises.

Escape the crowds here with the comforts of home, and centrally located where you want to be to be close to everything St. Thomas offers. Additional to this beautiful condo, if you need additional accommodations for your traveling group, we also manage additional, closely located condos in this and the adjacent buildings onsite. Watergate Villas is equipped with a Generator for any power disruptions, which sets this property apart from many.

You’ll find this two bedroom/two bathroom (2BR/2BA) condo with sofa pullout option to be an ideal accommodation for couples or families vacationing together. It’s the only one that has been completely remodeled. Condominium accommodates 4 persons perfectly (and up to 6 persons total) within a spacious 1100 sq feet, well-designed layout with two air-conditioned bedrooms set apart from each other to promote privacy, two bathrooms, and an air-conditioned kitchen/living area with a pull-out sofa option (small fee for the extra person(s)). The furnished 30’ ocean-facing patio is accessed directly via glass sliding doors that showcase breathtaking oceanfront views into the condo’s living/kitchen/dining room and from the master bedroom suite.

In detail, the large oceanfront Master Bedroom suite is well appointed with a new King-size bed and matching furnishings, smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and en-suite Master Bathroom with tiled glass enclosed shower and brand new custom vanity and quartz countertop. The 2nd Guest Bedroom can be configured as two (2) single beds or together as a king-size bed to your preference (please advise at time of booking). The 2nd Bathroom is accessible by the Guest Bedroom or the Living Room and has a tub/shower combination and a separated vanity area to promote multiple people getting ready at the same time. The stackable Washer / Dryer is conveniently located within the condo on its central hallway for easy access by all.

For those of you who may want to dine in and enjoy the spectacular views and privacy of your own villa, the condominium is equipped with a full kitchen with the appliances and cookware that you have at home (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, etc). A dining area adjoins the living room with a large dining table and 6 chairs, in addition to patio/balcony seating for exterior oceanfront dining. You can also enjoy the two restaurants or do take-home dinners at your convenience.

ONSITE: DINING & DIVING:
2+ Restaurants onsite! MIM’s Seaside Bistro is directly oceanfront and serves surf and turf dinner nightly, located just beside the Watergate Villas pool. IGGIES OASIS is just a short seaside stroll to Bolongo Bay Beach Resort’s swim-up pool bar for food all throughout the day to enjoy oceanfront breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner and cool tropical beverages, with some nights having live entertainment.

Also onsite are St Thomas Diving Club (dive shop/boat for diving tours), and Heavenly Days catamaran day or sunset sails.

CENTRAL LOCATION – CLOSE TO EVERYTHING:
Condo's central location on the South sunny shore is right where you want to be - Close to everything!

Charlotte Amalie and Havensight/Yacht Haven are a short 10 minutes drive west to the duty-free shopping capitol of the Caribbean, while Red Hook is only 8 minutes drive east, where you can take a person or car ferry to St. John, USVI via a short 15 minutes scenic Ferry ride.

Being long-time residents here on island, we provide helpful suggestions for USVI activities and dining for planning the best vacation possible. A Rental Car is suggested for most convenience and affordability (especially for families), but taxis or limos can be coordinated in advance; noting there is no Uber of Lyft in the islands.

Nearby within 5-20 minutes short drive are several grocery stores (Food Center, The Market, Cost-u-less, Moe's Markets, Kmart), pharmacies (Walgreens, Medicine Shoppe), Roy Schneider Hospital, and many beaches and attractions. BEACHES: To the North of the condo are Hull Bay and world famous Magen's Bay beaches. To the East of the condo are Secret Harbor, Lindqvist Beach, Sapphire and Coki Beaches (Coki beach being home to Coral World to swim with dolphins or sea lions). To the West of the condo on the South sunny shoreline are Limetree, Morningstar (Westin hotel) and Brewers Bay Beaches. EXCURSIONS: St Thomas has a myriad of activities and is a boating and fishing mecca with day boating trips to either swim/snorkel with Turtles or to eat pizza or tacos while floating in the beautiful ocean, and to powerboat or sail to nearby islands (St. John, Jost Van Dyke BVI for Soggy Dollar and Foxy’s popular beach bars, or The Baths in Virgin Gorda BVI), as well as deep-sea fishing charters.

From the pool, you are within footsteps of your condominium for cool refreshments. By staying at this condo in villa 17, there's no walking through the hot parking lot or many steps, as with a lot of the other units or other properties. If you have an infant, and bring your baby monitor, it may very well reach to the pool.

Amazing waterfront condo

This updated condo was spacious and perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and perfectly stocked. Beds and sheets were very comfortable, and the large deck was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening wine. The property was clean, and the pool area looked great, but we spent our time on the beach. The condo had plenty of beach towels, snorkel gear, and beach chairs. Mims seafood was a stone's throw away and Iggies restaurant was an easy walk down the beach. This is a perfect place for a family stay. The owner was very responsive over text. We had a A/C issue and maintenance responded immediately to repair. Book this place!

The owner remodeled the condo very well. Just about new everything. I have stayed at Watergate at least 10 times in the past 4 years and this unite was tops! Bedrooms Bathrooms, Dining room, living room - everything redone and done well.

Condo with a great view!

The condo was beautiful. Recently updated, really nice, clean. Great artwork. We really felt we were away from home. Master bedroom and living room open up to a patio with ocean views. Nice extras- beach chairs and towels, beach toys, cooler. The property is very basic- just a pool and restaurant (30 second walk from the 1st floor unit). Can walk (3-5 minutes) along a very small beach to a neighboring resort with a restaurant. Other than those 2 restaurants, nothing else is walkable. Car transportation is needed. But we loved the unit and its location on the island. Every major beach, including the Red Hook ferry and downtown is within a 15-20 minute drive. So island location is prime. Thanks for providing a great place to stay!

We are also a licensed realtor/broker in St Thomas, if you decide you want to call this island your home, we can help. In our spare time, we love enjoying the island life, visiting with family in NC and helping rescue animals with Pets With Wings and Humane Society of St Thomas. You too can help just by contacting either group online to offer to walk pets at the campus or to coordinate a pet under your seats back to a partner pet rescue in your city (no fee to you, it will be fully coordinated at the airports, and it saves a life because of how dire it is on our small island).

Watergate Villas at Bolongo Bay is CENTRALLY located - within lots of options onsite and short 10-20 drive minutes drive of everything, so that you are convenient to all the beaches, dining and activities abundant on this beautiful island. The OCEANFRONT POOL and 2 delightful RESTAURANTS onsite/short walk are hard to find in a condo rental. This complex has a GENERATOR for any time there could be outages, something missing from so many properties. We do recommend a rental car anywhere you stay on island for being able to tour at your convenience and 1 free parking place per condo, right at your building. Bolongo Bay Beach Resort hotel is next door, and you can stroll down for coffee or frozen drinks/food/music, or to visit their gift shop, attend a wedding, or purchase a catamaran cruise or diving excursion right from the beach next to us. It's a gem of a location with lots of charm. Each condo is individually owned and are not equal in layout or how they are updated, decorated or outfitted for amenities. With the owners and guests we support, we strive to provide all that we expect, so that you have the best, worry free experience and many happy returns.

Walks a small path to the oceanfront pool; ideal for families with children. 1st floor has wonderful views, because it's set up and looks out to the ocean.
AMENTIES ONSITE: Our Property has a Generator because islands do experience power outages. Our pool is direct oceanfront, no need to get sandy. Mim's Seaside Bistro known for her surf/lobster and turf is right by our Watergate Villas oceanfront pool, and at Bolongo resort, just next door, Iggies Oasis serves up Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Happy Hour, as well as Musical guests, Diving excursions at St Thomas Diving Club onsite and Catamaran excursions on Heavenly Days.
IDEAL CENTRAL, QUAINT LOCATION: Nestled just off the beaten path directly between Charlotte Amalie, TuTu, and Red Hook towns, close driving distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, Kmart and activities. Watergate Villas does not get the crowds or cruise ship drop-off passengers that you'll find at Sapphire and other properties (this is a BIG deal). No need to flag your pool chair at 5am like you may have experienced in other locations. While the onsite beach is a blend of sand/coral rocks, you will be central to all beaches to actively explore and enjoy a fully equipped oceanfront condo and pool as your home-base.
ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LARGE GROUPS: Island Time Properties VI manages 5+ condos close to each other in poolside buildings 17 and 16 at Watergate Villas to be able to accommodate groups. Where you want to be on island with Southern Hospitality!
