Salty Days on 18th is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Pool home located near Indian Rocks Beach. This property sits right on the Intercoastal waterway plus it is just a short walk to the beach! There are two living areas so friends and family can spread out. Well appointed furnishings and upgrades make this home a perfect getaway. Plenty of room outdoors for lounging, having a meal, a dock with fish cleaning station along with chairs to catch the sunrise and sunsets. The pool has a very spacious wading deck for the kids and a water feature. For the sun seekers there are pool loungers or if your needing a break from the sun there are several umbrellas. Everything you'll need to make memories!

Outdoor Oasis: Resort Style seating area with table and large umbrella, bistro size table with 2 chairs, Dining table with 6 chairs, Gas grill, 4 sun loungers, 2 Dock chairs
and a bench, fish cleaning station, Outdoor shower.
Beach Shed: 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, cooler, fishing pole

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Parking:
This property provides 3 parking spaces.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
