The house offers accommodation for up to 8 people.
The beautiful terrace with fireplace offers a marvellous view of the valley and the mountain river. The house is located on the banks of the river Hrazdan and at the foot of natural rocks, surrounded by beautiful nature. The air is very fresh and the weather is mostly sunny. The house is located 1750 metres above sea level. The nearby rocks and mountains are also used for climbing. The house is located 36 kilometres from Yerevan. The house has a living room and two bedrooms.
The comfortable kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, dishes and other accessories. The bathroom has a modern shower with hot and cold running water. The house has a TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, hair dryer, first aid kit, bed linen and towels. The house is fully heated. On the large terrace you can barbecue and relax. There is a sauna next to the house that guests can use for a fee. In the yard there is a place with a pavilion for a campfire, where you can prepare barbecue and delicious dishes and enjoy nice evenings. In the yard there is a playground for children. In the area your children can feed pets and cattle.
