- We do not accept reservations that are incompatible with our purpose, such as excessive drinking, partying, etc. Guests may be asked to leave if caught.
- For safety reasons, children and pets are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding.
- Guests who bring more than the number of people booked will be asked to leave and will be responsible for their own behavior.
- CCTV cameras are installed at the front entrance for safety, crime prevention, personnel checks, and entry/exit verification.
- Please do not panic and contact us immediately in case of damage, breakage, or loss of facilities and props.
- Cooking is allowed, but please do not cook strongly smelling food such as fish, meat, or fried food for the next guest.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas. If the smoke detector alarm is triggered, you will be asked to leave and fined.
- Use of the terrace bathtub is prohibited except for the bathing products provided. (Please drain the water after use.)
- Please be careful not to disturb your neighbors as this is a shared space with residents. (In the event of a complaint, the guest will be asked to leave and will be held responsible)
- Although we regularly carry out disinfection, insects may enter the room due to the nature of the area. (No refunds will be given for this reason)
- Please contact us in advance for commercial use.
- The building does not have an elevator. Please note that.
There are no parking spaces available. Please use the nearby streets or public parking lots (3-minute walk). (Full parking fee per day)
