Escape to this stylish Italian-themed home in South Solana Beach, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room, this cozy retreat offers ample space for up to six guests. The house comes with plenty of beach gear, ensuring you have everything you need for fun-filled days in the sun. For those balancing work and leisure, enjoy two dedicated workspaces with high-speed internet, perfect for remote work. The community features a pool and direct beach access, making it easy to soak up the sun!

Please note that there is ongoing work around the community, and noise may be heard between August 12th and September 12th. Additionally, water (in the unit and building) will be shut off on September 9th-12th from 8am-5pm and toilets cannot be flushed until after 5:41pm. There will be no garage access or on-site parking from August 28th to September 12th.

This HOA community requires us to provide them with your email address, phone number, and vehicle information. You may receive email communications from the HOA during your stay. Additionally, the person on the reservation must be the one to check in with the HOA representative (in-person) at the designated check-in time to review community rules and confirm your stay details.

- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- Exterior surveillance camera is recording video 24/7. The camera is located at the front door.
- There are several stairs leading to the unit in this gated community. There are no stairs inside the unit.
- There is a peek-a-boo ocean view from the single balcony off of the living area.
- There is no air conditioning. The living area is equipped with a tower fan, and there are ceiling fans in each bedroom.
- The fireplace is not for use.
- The neighbors next door share a landing area, with their front door and this unit's front door situated next to each other.
- The last photo in the image gallery, which appears to be a living room, is actually the community clubhouse. It features seating with ocean views and is not inside of the unit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
