While Hurricane Milton affected the area on October 9th, we were fortunate to experience no direct impact. We understand that the condition of the island and the availability of restaurants, shops, and amenities are an important part of your vacation experience. The beach is open! However, the pool, and elevator may still be under repair due to ongoing permit and parts processes. Please check in with us for the latest updates. If you’re looking for a poolside experience with frozen drinks, Tween Waters offers day passes granting access to their amenities, including kayaks, bikes, pools, and the beach.

Most restaurants, stores and cafes on Captiva are open again. However, please note that ongoing construction is still happening in the area during your stay due to back to back hurricanes. Please reach out to us if you have questions regarding the current state of the area.

Welcome to Ocean's Edge! Newly remodeled to reflect the calming, neutral and blue colors of the sea, Ocean's Edge is a refined coastal condominium with a polished and luxurious feel. Overlooking the vibrant green palm tree and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Ocean's Edge is nestled in heart of Captiva, one of the premier vacation destinations in Southwest Florida.

Stylish and serene and with just under 700 square feet of living space, this condo is perfect for those looking to truly relax and recharge in Captiva. Everything in the condo was completely redone including the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, woodwork, sliding doors, light fixtures along all new bedding, furnishings, and mattresses.

Sleep in style and ultimate comfort for a complete serene experience. It could not be 5 Star without upgraded professionally laundered luxury linens and triple-sheeted beds. The master bedroom has the ultimate luxury comfort bedding with a top-of-the-line high-end mattress. The bed is designed to provide a cool, comfortable, and cozy night's sleep. This unit provides stunning views of the nightly sunsets over the ocean.

For those who love to cook, the full kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, gorgeous finishes, and beautiful quartz countertops and comes fully equipped for your vacation needs.

A designer plush sleeper sofa is perfect for a relaxing movie night or to watch the game on the smart flat-screen TV. The dining areas, including a dining table for 4, and outdoor seating on the balcony, are a great option for finding the perfect spot to enjoy your meal while staring at the gulf.

The unit is just a short boardwalk to the beach. We offer a lightweight beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and 6 beach towels for use at the beach. Grill up some steak or seafood while lounging in the pool located directly in front of your unit or sip a cool drink under the umbrella beachside. A tennis and pickleball court is located directly in front of the condo.

The newly remodeled bathroom is outfitted with quartz, designer fixtures, and custom woodwork for the perfect retreat after a long day at the beach.

It is situated within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Rise in the morning and grab a coffee from the Starbucks located less than 1000 feet from the condo or grab a cocktail and watch the sunset from your patio. Take a 10-minute walk to Village of Captiva which includes restaurants such as RC Otters, Green Flash, Captiva Pizza, Cantina Captiva or Keylime Bistro (coming back soon). For shopping, Ice cream, and coffee in the Village you will find the Island General Store, Betty Boops (ice cream, cakes, and coffee), Gold Parrot, Barracudas, and the Beach Store. If that is not enough, venture out to the new Shipyard Restaurant (casual coastal modern), the new reimagined Crow's Nest (for a high-end experience), and Old Captiva House (an island favorite). We also recommend taking the boat ride from Captiva Cruises to Cabbage Key for the famous "Cheeseburger In Paradise" rumored to be what inspired Jimmy Buffet's song.

The condo is managed by Blue Coastal Vacation Rentals. Blue Coastal takes pride in keeping the condo meticulously clean and providing 5-star customer service. We feel confident you will be provided with the utmost service. When you rent a place it should look and feel more fabulous in person and your experience should be seamless and serene. Blue Coastal is available during the week and 24/7 for emergencies.

You will have access to the entire condo, heated pool, boardwalk to the beach, outdoor shower, community grills, community laundry facilities, and tennis and pickleball courts located directly in front of the unit.

You will check in using a smart lock which we provide a password to before your stay. In the unfortunate case that something goes wrong or if you need anything we are on the islands and are just a quick phone call away.

The hotel pool and restaurants located on the other side of South Seas are for hotel guests only. The hotel also provides chair and towel service. This service is for guests of the hotel only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and of course, the beach located right in front of the condo for your use as well as towels, chairs and umbrellas in the unit for your use.
