Located in one of the most incredible resorts in Kissimmee, our guests can enjoy all the amenities they offer, including swimming pool, fitness center and easy access to the Shingle Creek Conservation Area, so they can be in touch with the best of Florida’s nature.

This house is just 5 to 10 minutes away from malls, great restaurants, grocery stores, and Walmart. And the best part, it's only 20 minutes away from Disney and 25 from Universal!
We also offer a grocery delivery service. You send us the list and we charge a fee in addition to the purchase amount for the delivery to be received at your door. Ask for more information with us!

We offer several services, car rental with great rates, special prices on tickets for the Theme Parks, flight tickets, and even baby sitter and grocery shopping. For more information, please don't hesitate to ask us. Our goal is for you to have a wonderful time in this happy, magical city.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The guest must sign a Rental Agreement.

*We do not provide wash clothes anymore (It is considered as a personal item).

We charge an extra $99 resort fee after booking, this value is not included in the total price for the reservation

HOUSE RULES:
1- Please do not have parties or incur noise complaints from neighbors. If you do, you will be charged $250.

2- Please do not smoke inside the house, lanai or pool areas. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will lose your security deposit, and for the pool area you will be charged $1.500 ozone treatment to purify the air in case of smoking. You are only allowed to smoke around the Resort area (not in the gym!), outside in the street or in the drive way. Please don't leave garbage on the floor.

3- Please do not check out late. If your check out affects the maid, you will be charged $250. If it affects the next guest, you will lose your security deposit.

4- Please leave the place tidy. If it is quite dirty, you will be charged extra for a deep cleaning.

5- If you have a pet that sheds excessively, you will be charged a $100 fee. For those who paid the non-refundable pet fee, we request that your pet stays downstairs and doesn't sleep on any of the beds, or you will lose your security deposit.

6- If there is any stain in one of the towels or linen, makeup or blood stains or any other kind that is not possible to be removed, we will charge you for the damaged/missing towels.

7- We request you to remove your shoes when going upstairs since the area has carpet. We really appreciate you taking care of our house as if it’s your own!

8- In case you’re staying in a house with either a pool and/or a jacuzzi, please feel free to request it. The cost is $45 a day and if you are staying 10 days or longer, we will give you a discount. Please note that we charge a minimum 3 nights fee for the pool heating, even though your stay is less than 3 nights. For long stays, we require a minimum of 7 days for pool heating. If you request the pool heating to be turned on or off after your check-in, the fee will be $50.

9 - There is a fee of $50 to use the BBQ. We do provide the propane tank, but we don't refill it. Guests should provide it by themselves.

10 - The security deposit will be refunded 3-5 business days after check out.

PET / DOG / CAT RULES
This house is pet friendly.
1 – We have a non-refundable pet fee of $150 up to two pets and $250 for 3 pets. No more than 3 pets are allowed.
2 – We kindly ask you to please leave your pet downstairs.
3 – Pets cannot sleep on the beds.
